"Brand new property still has new car smell. Was in town for Bruno Mars concert and location was awesome. Next to police station so felt safe. Rooms are like a mini condo very spacious and loved the open industrial interion design. Rooftop has amazing view even though its still under construction. Nice gym equipment and pickle ball court. "My wife and I stayed here on May 29- June 2 2026. The place is very conveniently located in downtown Minneapolis, with the famous Minneapolis Skyway (aka Walkway) running through the building. The Skyway's total length is over 10 miles, and makes it possible for pedestrians to walk indoors to almost all of downtown Minneapolis, including to Target Field and Target Center.
