"Excellent staff, and atmosphere"

Very clean, amazing views, and it was all in a private neighborhood. It is very safe in Mindo. Fresh fruit trees are growing in the backyard, and yes, you will see many new animals. This is the perfect place for your “I need to do this” vacation. The jacuzzi and pool table were a nice touch. Perfecto! We will...

"Great for relaxing, birding and nature tripping. Lodging is clean and comfortable, food is excellent, and trails are clean. Highly recommended."

"The staff were incredibly helpful in arranging our taxis from the Quito airport to Mindo and back. Nice grounds, we were not there long enough to take a swim but the pool looked nice. Would recommend and would stay again."

"For the price this place was great!"

"There was plenty of birds and trails. The staff was very nice and helpful. The food was unexpectedly great. The road getting up to the reserve is a little rocky/bumpy but thats literally the only concern everything else was amazing."

"This lodge is located off the beaten track. It takes about 20 min to get here from Mindo on a narrow dirt road. The accommodation is basic but nice. Staff is small but very attentive. My cabin was spacious with one queen sized bed and three single beds (two of them in a loft). Nature around the lodge is beautiful."
