I had booked two nights at the Knights hotel. What interested me in this hotel is that there was a hot tub. After checking in and driving to my room I realized there was a lot of walking around activity. Once in the room I can smell the cigarette and weed smoke. The room was not visibly clean. The tub had rusted marks, the bathroom door must have had water damage and was falling apart at the bottom.. ( concerned for mold?)The was dog poop before entering my room. The activity going on outside of the room was concerning. I could not stay a night with my spouse in this room. I checked out at the front desk requesting a refund and I was told they could t and I would need to contact management by email. I notified the clerk my concerns about the room but the biggest about the people that looked like they were under some type of influence walking around. Nothing against your rooms but I ask that you please understand that this is not where I felt that I could keep my wife safe.
