Mercy was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was good. They didn't make the bed and only changed towels 1 day. I had to go to the desk for clean towels.

The best part was meeting Nazyra the front desk clerk. She was sweetest ever. The hotel is showing its age with a creak in stepping into bathtub/shower floor and a bent towel rack. But it was convenient to Mequon. Continental breakfast was adequate; covers for coffee cups would’ve been nice as I spilled going to my car.

The hotel was nice for what we needed it for- we just stayed overnight and weren't in the room much. We did get to use the pool for a bit- I thought closing at 10 on a weekend was kind of early. The breakfast was decent.

The room was amazing and clean. A perfect size for my family and I. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was soo good! The eggs and sausages were sooo good. My kids and I loved them. The pool was a wonderful size and I loved the ping pong table inside the area for more entertainment for the kiddos. The life vest and activities you provided was such a great gesture! So sweet, thank you so much for your kindness and patience

Clean, Staff Courteous & Friendly, Breakfast was hot and fresh. Quiet and the Bed was so comfortable. The housekeeping staff made sure we had fresh linen and towels everyday as well as making sure the trash was empty.

The staff was great and they are doing their best to work with what they have - they were super friendly and helpful. The property and room were clean. The property could use a facelift considering the rates they charge. Furnishing and finishes are dated, the property shows wear and maintenance needs to be done - it has a 'cabin up north' vibe to it. Breakfast was average. Pool is a unique design like a meandering river, the kids liked how you could swim from the inside to the outside pool. Hot tub is no longer in service and looks permanently covered up. They charge an additional "resort fee" that is not justified by the facilities and amenities.
