"I stayed here with my mum for 2 nights to be near my brother. The host was so lovely and helpful. Big thank you. We had a great stay in the apartment and would definitely stay here again. It was perfect. My mum is 83 and could come through the main entrance. No need to use the fire escape stairs. The parking entrance is opposite the shop Lords hardware shop. Only saying that as there’s lots of options and even my satnav got confused!! Bonus that there were community fire works whilst we stayed...

"I feel bad that I have had to give a mix rating because I feel everything about our stay was going well until I suffered food poisoning. I woke up at 2am in a lot of pain and spent two hours in the bathroom vomiting. Earlier that day I had the king prawns and at dinner I had the flat iron steak. "Booked a double room with en-suite for me and my husband. We had room 14 and it was quite small and the en-suite was tiny. The room was dirty, carpets and walls had stains on them. There was only 1 cup, 1 towel, 1 glass which is strange when it's for 2 people. The shower didn't have hot water and we was told to use the communal shower on the landing. Best bit of our stay was free car park."

"The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and that is what we liked about it. Our room was one without air conditioning and we were in a heat wave but the fan provided kept us cool. There was a party on the Friday night and the loud music kept us up but we eventually were able to sleep. My husband used the pool and gym and was happy with the facilities. "Very run down and poorly managed hotel. Tv didn’t work, shower curtain was covered in mold, No clean towels as the took ours and couldn’t replace them for two days. People coming and going all night making a lot of noise talking in reception area that is right next to the rooms. Staff didn’t seem to care we didn’t have any towels for to days and hardly any sleep due to them talking loudly all night and playing music "

On the first day at the reception I was given a room that takes about 6 minutes to walk,I went with 2 suitcases up a steep hill till the hotel area.the weather was really really hot.was not offered for someone to give me a hand! Then 1 flight up no lift.came there was exhausted as hell.no a/c in the rooms only small fan.did not sleep well 3 nights.in the morning 7.50 a.m working was going on on the roof really loud noise..so could not enjoy some...
