"Room was very clean !! Being on the first floor. I really appreciated the extra security of the door down the hall being locked and not able to enter it off the lobby without your room key! I had contact with two signin receptionist one about 1 o’clock… I came early… And he did voluntarily put my luggage in a closet for me so I could go get a cup of coffee and wait for a check in! However, the late night receptionist, Aamie, was exceptional! He went “above and beyond” helping me with my luggage, not only at check-in, but at checkout, calling me a taxi, etc. Very much appreciated!! I will highly recommend Ibis at Beaconsfield England!!! "

"This is a uniquely beautiful hotel. The staff, rooms and restaurants are all fantastic. We only had one issue and that was the water never got hot in Bath or shower room, it was only tepid warm- but we put that down to age of the building and amount of rooms probably using facilities at the same time. It did not dampen our stay and as forgot to mention it to reception they didn’t have the ability to fix the problem. I would definitly recommend this hotel. "

"From the moment we arrived, Natalie at the reception desk made our stay exceptional. She was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Any questions we had—whether it was opening and closing times for the swimming pool, sauna, or gym—she provided all the information clearly and with a smile. Her help made everything so smooth and enjoyable. The hotel itself offered great service throughout our stay. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and definitely recommended. We also loved the free parking, the beautiful grounds, and the comfy outdoor pods for dinner—such a lovely touch for a relaxing evening meal. 🍽️✨ Thank you, Natalie, and the whole team at Denham Grove Hotel for a memorable stay.
