Breakfast options were cereal, waffles (with an iron that was semi-broken), toast, and yogurt. The service was great and friendly. Ice machine worked. Room was clean. "We've stayed at this motel on several occasions. This stay seemed less than excellent. Our room was not quite as clean and had no toilet paper. We had booked a non-smoking room, but our room smelled of stale cigarettes. We were disappointed but not to the point of discontinuing our stay. The room rates are budget-friendly and we've never experienced these issues before."

Motel has a security gate around the entire property with access only to guests by room key which made this location even more appealing since we didn't have to worry about our vehicle being broken into. "The only issue was the fire alarm going off at 6:15am and everyone having to evacuate the building! At least it wasn’t 3am! Lovely place, great location. I was in town to visit with my son, a former St.Jude Patient. He and his wife live in Colorado, I live in Louisiana. This location was about 8 blocks, a quick easy jaunt to the hospital! Walking distance to numerous restaurants and Beale Street!"
