"Room was clean and recently rehab. There was no shower gel in the shower, only shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast was OK with the waffle maker having run out of waffle mix. Staff was wonderful."

"The rooms were comfortable. The beds were medium firmness. The pool was amazing. The hardest part was parking. The lights are almost nonexistent. The breakfast left a lot to be desired, but this was almost right after they set it out. The sausage didn’t taste done/cooked. The oatmeal was soupy."

"Overall I had a good stay. The hotel was clean and the employees in general were very good, polite and helpful. The only issue was at check-in. I arrived a little early and I asked the person at the front desk, I believe she was the manager, if I could check in early. I understood there would be a fee to pay. Her response was a bit rude and not very professional, her tone of voice was not friendly. I do understand though that they were very busy that day because there were two weddings happening and a lot of customers. I would stay here again and I do recommend it, but I hope they can improve the customer service attitude at the front desk during busy times. Thank you to the rest of the team for their good service J Iraheta"

"This is a five star hotel. Staff was very friendly. Rooms are really clean and very nice. Bed and pillows are soooo comfortable. Definitely would stay there again if we visited Saginaw again. Very quiet place."
