"Hotel is in an amazing location. It had a lovely set up with attractive looking bar & lounge area. Breakfast was just right with good hot & cold choices. Room was lovely & comfortable with good views of the cathedral, only slight criticism was the bathroom was a bit tired, there’s lots of marks on the floor & the bath seemed heavily stained but it did still seem clean. All the staff we encountered were all friendly, approachable & professional. We would definitely stay here again."

"Really good hotel, great staff and very clean, well equipped. There were some issues, seemed really understaffed the first two nights, so quite long waits at the bar a, but the bit that really got my goat was the bwto be sergeant major "

"The hotel, pub was absolutely perfect. The staff were excellent especially Tarik excuse me if not spelt correctly. All staff were extremely attentive. Room was so cozy, a little in the warm side but we didn’t see the thermostat as slightly hidden. We ate at the pub on Friday, food, drinks all excellent. Breakfast was fresh and hot. We will definitely be back."

"This is my second stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. The room was spotless. I really liked having a fridge in the room with fresh milk and water. The room was quiet and comfortable. I like the self-service breakfast. This suited me as I wanted to be up and out. There was a good choice of cereals, bread for toast, yoghurts and fruit. A lovely B & B :) "

"Beautiful boutique hotel - Restaurant next to the hotel is fantastic with award winning cuisine. Room over looking fields with a stunning bathroom. Bed was huge and so comfortable. Huge TV and lots of nice touches - Robert’s radio - IPad - bath robes - slippers - home cooked cookies the list goes on. I’ll definitely be staying again "
