Hotel Dekat Milbank

"Nice property, lot of parking spots. Elevator is at one end as per other reviews but it wasn't too much of an issue. After the initial check in one can park on the side of the building close to the elevator if needed. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable and there are lot of electrical sockets in convenient spots to plug devices, We even had a balcony though it was cold and we couldn't make use of it. Would be nice in summer. Location is great close to highway and there are multiple choices...

"The staff was outstanding and extremely helpful and welcoming. Ashley, the main receptionist, was very helpful in particular with coordinating access with Housekeeping, The room was spotless and had 2 chairs which is important when a couple both need to sit-down frequently. The price was also great and appropriate. Look forward to going back."

"The gentleman who checked me in was very gracious and helpful when I arrived. I had booked only a half hour earlier online and didn’t realize the date was wrong. I found myself unexpectedly needing overnight accommodations and arrived a bit discombobulated. He was very nice, figured it all out and had me checked in fairly quickly.
