Suitable for us
This place fit our needs and our budget for our travel through Milan. We intentionally looked for a place within a 10-15min drive from the central station. The host was helpful and kind enough to explain everything to us. We found free street parking out front. Shower pressure was amazing. We brought our own shampoo but there were little packets available for use too. We were grateful to have the A/C to help us fall asleep in this extremely hot August summer heat.

We booked double bed and got 2 single bed together one of them was broken and my wife’s back hurting, after asking about the bed responsible person said to book another hotel if I don’t want this he can’t help with the broken bed.

Cancelled booking, rough area, no notice
My booking was cancelled by the guest house on the day. The owner made another reservation for us with another guest house. This was really stressful because the owner sent only a what’s up and did not call, also left us no time to choose another else. We found out about the cancelation at the last minute. The guest house was in a very rough area with graphitis on the door and streets, at the end we were relieved that we are not staying there. We had to pay extra transport due to this relocation. I contacted hotels.com but it was after 17h and could not get through. At the end we took a new guest house but the experience was really poor.

Hôtel gîoia nondescript neighborhood in wonderful
Not a central location but close to Metro stop. Not many restaurants in area but a big grocery store three blocks. No breakfast or kitchen use. No glasses in room. After we checked in we never saw any hotel staff again. Tv and WiFi good.

Habiendo avisado dos días antes de nuestra llegada, tardaron 20 minutos en abrirnos. La habitación muy pequeña, con humedades y hormigas. El aire acondicionado se cobra a 15€ extra cada noche. Según la descripción tiene áreas comunes y ascensor que en la realidad no existen. Esta muy alejado del centro, y hay pocas opciones en los alrededores.

Hôtel en fin de rénovation, la réception se fait en bas des escalier, pas très accueillant mais peut-être que lorsque la rénovation sera terminée ce sera mieux adapté, par contre malheureusement pour nous des gens (on ne sait pas si c'était d'autres clients ou les hôtes) parlaient assez fort dans le couloir à 6h45 du matin et on se rend compte que la porte de la chambre n'est pas top pour l'isolation sonore. La chambre était récente et propre tout comme la salle de bain.

Pas de clime dans la chambre en pleine canicule...
En pleine canicule à 40 degrés, la clime ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre !!! Ils nous ont donné un petit ventilateur pour passer la nuit...ils nous ont dit que quelqu’un allait passer réparer la clime dans la journée mais ce n’est jamais arrivé.

Non ho potuto pagare con la carta. All’arrivo (all’orario indicato del check-in) la camera ancora non era pronta. Non c’é stata nessuna colazione. Solo una saponetta piccola e una bustina con shampoo per 2 persone per 3 giorni. Personale inesistente, abbiamo visto i proprietari solo una volta e poi sono spariti. La wifi al piano piu alto non prende quasi per nulla.

Zona tranquilla (a meno di ospiti rumorosi)
Situato in una zona piuttosto tranquilla ma ben servita da mezzi pubblici ( metro, autobus e tram). Peccato che nella camera accanto ci fossero ospiti piuttosto rumorosi ( musica, tacchi, porte sbattute). Check in veloce, personale gentile.

Inconvenient for registration
Pros Owner is friendly and nice. Comforter is thick enough to keep warm in a cold and rainy day. Room design is stylish. Shower room is spacious and tap water is diffusely poured out. Cons The gate door is closed, it is necessary to make a phone call 10 minutes before the arrival. I understand the difficulties of the owner since he has to act as cleaning maid and receptionist, but the cost is too high for a tourist to make a call, better find another solution for the registration. I believe that it is better to hire a cleaning maid and a receptionist to handle the cleaning and registration respectively. Only 4 cloth hangers, it is not enough for cloth drying. Difficult to find places to hang on those hangers. Skin will become dry if you wash your body by a given soap. No breakfast was included as hotels.com mentioned.

Arrivo sul luogo alle 13.15. Chiamo e mi si riferisce di attendere 30 minuti. Il responsabile arriva dopo 75 minuti. La camera assegantami si trova al piano rialzato di fronte alla scala interna. Entrato in camera mi ritrovo un letto matrimoniale con minuscolo corridoio laterale ( vergognoso ). Il bagno costituito da vaso lavabo e doccia, ambiente minuscolo. La camera presenta impianti con fili volanti, interruttori elettrici pieni di sporcizia incrostata, i vetri della doccia mai puliti. Mi si richiede il pagamento anticipato oltre la tassa di soggiorno comunale ( tassa che mi viene richiesta esclusivamente in contanti ) richiesta strana. Comque nonostante aver saldato il soggiorno, dopo 2 ore dal mio arrivo rifaccio i bagagli e abbandono la struttura senza nemmeno contattare il responsabile. Vergognoso che all'interno di Milano esistano strutture simili. Indignato. Concludo precisando che non ho scelto la struttura per un risparmio economico in quanto ho pagato ben 40€ a notte!!

Hotel Péssimo
primeiramente, hotel fica fechado e você chega tem que ligar para o numero do hotel, em torno de 20 min após, alguém aparece de outro lugar, abre os portoes e as portas, entrega as chaves e você fica como se fosse sozinho. Não existe recepção. As condições do hotel são precárias, sem troca de toalhas, ar condicionado desligado e sem controle. O café da manhã, incluso, é um kit. Na informação do hotel diz estacionamento sem manobrista, pois bem, o estacionamento é na rua ou cobrado EUR 12,50/dia. No check-out você deposita das chaves na caixa de correios. Enfim, não pode ser chamado de hotel. Para qualidade dos serviços, A Hoteis.com, poderia fazer uma inspeção nos hoteis credenciados, na minha opinião. Hotel péssimo.

Wir waren zwei Nächte im Hotel. Da wir wenig im Zimmer waren, war die Qualität mehr als ausreichend. Es war sauber, das Bett war gemütlich und die Dusche funktionierte gut. Es gab auch eine Klimaanlage, diese müsste man aber für 10€ pro Tag extra buchen. Bei uns gings aber noch ohne. Vom Hotel ist nur jemand zum Check-in und zur Frühstückszeit da. Wir wurden vorab angerufen und bekamen eine SMS mit dem wlan Passwort und der Info, dass wir 30Min vor Ankunft uns melden sollen, dass jemand im Hotel ist. Englisch mit Händen und Füßen geht einwandfrei :) Das Frühstück ist typisch italienisch. Positiv man bekommt einen wirklich guten Kaffee. Die Lage ist gut. 300 Meter von der Ubahn Linie M5 Haltestelle Istria entfernt. Von dort waren es 4-5 Haltestellen ins Zentrum.

Pokój schludny, łazienka w porządku. Codziennie rano śniadanie z kawą na słodko. Blisko stacji metra. Obsługa bezproblemowa. W okolicy punkt z automatami z jedzeniem/napojami (przydatne w przypadku późnego przyjazdu)
