Thanks for the comment, however they are penthouses! It says as the name of the business and there are photos clearly visible! Hardly an attic has windows. We are sorry for the noise of the tram but as you can read from the comments (fortunately) no one has ever complained about it because it is in a very quiet street.Everything is proportionate to how much you spend, paying 176 euros in the city center is very little. You can get better but you have to spend a minimum of 300/400 euros per night.Thank you all the same

If this service doesn't go well, we don't force anyone to book. YES they are penthouses so a tall person like you shouldn't book just for the price but read first. Not everyone likes me, but one thing all my clients agree on is that I'm open to everyone. I sincerely hope you can give Expedia a second chance as our faults are too easy to vent on others. I'm sorry if your stay was not up to par.

¡Nuestro colaborador nos dijo que querías otra habitación diferente a la que habías reservado! Le había ofrecido otra habitación obviamente a un precio diferente. Le hemos enviado a Expedia la foto de su reserva y el tipo de apartamento. Le mostraste a nuestro colega algunas fotos de otros apartamentos, lo siento pero es deshonesto de tu parte hacer tal comentario cuando todo sucedió por tu culpa y no por la nuestra.Por 123 euros en el centro de la ciudad, ¿tuviste el valor de decirnos que el apartamento reservado era otro? Puede que nuestras instalaciones no sean hermosas, pero al menos somos honestos con nuestros clientes.
