I called the property from Naples the day before arrival. Was informed that we should try the next day as appropriate personnel was not available. When we arrived at Cardona House, there was an Asian man at the gate who said he had the same experience and would be back at 9:00am the next morning to file complaint. We held the taxi driver and he too us to another hotel "the Mokinbo" down the street where we paid the taxi driver and paid 190 Euros to stay the night. The next morning the hotel found us cheaper accommodations at a sister hotel and said a driver was able to take us there when we were ready. We were happy with this arrangement. and paid out of pocket charges for our remaining stay, (585 Euros for four nights.

Very nice, clean, no frills room across the street from Cadorna Station and Malpensa Express and very close to The Last Supper. Perfect, convenient stay prior to our flight out of MXP.

Great location. Hotel was exceptionally clean. A bit odd having to use 3 keys to get in and out. One was a skeleton key! Bathroom was very nice! Good lighting! Bed was very hard.

Great location, everything you could want in a hotel room ie clean, quiet, good shower, refrigerator and aircon/heating. Dani on reception was very helpful. Minor gripe - the bed was fine but the headboard needs replacing/deep cleaning.

The only pleasant or charming element of Cadorna house is the outside courtyard they use in their stock photo. Once you walk past that, it is sterile, dark, antiseptic smelling, over-lit, cramped and frankly a bit creepy. There is nowhere in the "hotel" to spend time other than your room with windows that look out on brick walls and not even a chair.

Affordable, central, and comfortable!
The hotel is comfortable and centrally located, very close to the metro. It was a little hard to find since the intersection at Cardorna metro is a bit confusing, but once I found it it was easy enough to check in despite there being no reception desk. The room was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. As is common in hotels in Europe, there were stairs but no lift -- which might be an issue for people with mobility issues. Otherwise a great place to stay in Milan, and very affordable!

The guard acted like a civil servant (entitled and couldn't care if you lived or died). While I didn't speak much Italian, he begrudgedly had to get up off his fat butt to show me one of the buttons to open the door upon departure. The representative who showed me to my room did not inform me about many things which I had to figure out since he was never to be found after check-in. The room was very clean and modern as was the courtyard. Excellent A/C and location. Unsafe location as evidenced by 3 levels of security entrance and mulitiple number of keys required.

Good cost effective accommodation
Room was small, but very clean and cost effective. Service was not so good as the host seemed to respond selectively to questions. Hotels.com advised breakfast was included but it was not- but I believe this was Hotels.com fault and NOT the venue, but just be aware. Overall a very well priced central location.

The location of the property is very convenient as it is literally in front of Cadorna Station. The room was very clean and very spacious with all necessary amenities for a short stay; however the toilet was a bit uncomfortable as it was too close to the sink so your knees will not fit in front of you. Communication could be improved considering there's no reception staff - For check-in we were met by someone that provided us with the keys (I didn't catch his name but I'm sure he wasn't Barbara as expected by text messages shared before arrival). He did told us a few things about check-out but we were a bit tired so we didn't remember it all so I think a letter/paper with a reminder inside the room on what to do on check-out with the keys and the Wi-Fi code would be great so that we don't have to text the host all the time.

Clean and great location.
We were visiting friends in Milan who live just down the same street. The location is right a cross the street for the Cadorna Train Station. Very clean room with excellent air conditioning. My only comment would be on checking in. We had a language barrier when trying to locate and check-in to the property. After 15-20 minutes we figured it out.

Ubicación perfecta
La mejor ubicación sencillamente si llegas a milan desde el aeropuerto de malpensa no hay otro lugar mejor ademas precio muy bueno en comparación a lo que oferta la ciudad, habitación bien tamaño adecuado y limpia, negativo no hay recepción por lo que hay que coordinar la llegada con el dueño y eso es un poco molesto de ahí en fuera calidad precio ubicación sus fuertes

Väldigt fräscht och fint rum, men vi fick vänta länge på incheckning. Både in och utcheckning var relativt otydliga och det var ingen personal på plats trots att vi kommit överens om tider. Ingen svarade heller på telefon.

Check in pontual. Localização fantastica, ao lado do metrô e estação de trem. A 100m do parque que possui uma boa vida noturna. Quarto arrumado e limpo. Em meu quarto o unico incoveniente era o o barulho do frigobar que era recorrente mas é apenas um detalhe.

部屋の中の設備は比較的新しく、快適です。シングルのベッドは狭かったですが、寝心地は悪くありませんでした。スマートTVもあってyoutubeが見れました。 バスルーム(トイレ)も綺麗で広くて使いやすい配置です。

I muri sono di "carta", l'ospite accanto mi ha svegliato alle 5: si sentivano anche i respiri. Non c'è un ascensore e ci sono due rampe di scale (strette!) da fare. Non c'è reception ovvero se si avesse bisogno di qualcosa si è lasciati a se stessi. No, proprio non ci siamo.

struttura ristrutturata recentemente. Ottima posizione facile da raggiungere e facile per visitare la citta. Nelle immediate vicinanza troverete tutti i servizi fondamentali bar, ristoranti, supermercati, farmacie ecc ecc. Pulizia della camera eccezzionale!!!!! Raccomandatissima!!!
