Slow check in
Check in was very slow. Had to fill in so many forms like going back time before internet and computers. It's not helpful especially when you've had a tiring journey getting there. Other conditions of hotel and room were OK, basically fair for the price.

Bare but friendly.
Hotel is rather simple and bare. People running it are nice. Restaurant next door is nice. Park nearby, did not look so nice.

Hotel Adler is our relocation hotel provided from hotel.com, location is quite far from the central station, they are very clean, the location, the hotel, the room and the toielt, have aircon, free breakfast, good service, we request for early breakfast at around 5am and they prepared for us because we need to check out at 5,30am, they are very nice, in general we are very satisfied, highly recommend.

Friendly people
This is a really lovely hotel situated in the city center and I could walk from there to the main attractions without problems. Very kind hospitality, rooms cleaned and a nice small garden for breakfast.

Weak hotel
Weak hotel! Unkempt yard! Waste .Many poor breakfast! Staff very polite! Friendly. Our room did not meet the three-star hotel! Not worth the money.

Adler Milano
The hotel was in a very good location. Our room was clean and very comfortable with great wifi. The breakfast was very complete with different types of coffee, yogurt, breads. The staff was very helpful. They even have a enclosed patio with a view of a garden where we ate breakfast.

A very modest family hotel owned by a Chinese family. The family rooms are large enough and very clean.

How can you recommend this
Saw this hotel from the outside and thought it looked rough.. Checked in at 10.40pm, asked the guy on the desk if there was anywhere near for food and he tells me Milan closes at 10.30pm. Gives me the key to a room I could only describe as dirty and as basic as they home. Can't believe I actually stayed in it... choice of the street or the hotel.. next time the street .

First of all the room was really big for European standards. Definitely enough space for three of us with all of our luggage. The beds weren't the best but they were comfy enough for one night. We were on the first floor which was convenient for our luggage but a little noisy as the window is right on the street. Luckily they had AC so we could close the window and keep the room cool. They also had complementary breakfast and a really cute little patio area to eat on. The hotel is not too far from the metro station. I would stay here again.

we had a two day stay in Milan for sight seeing. this hotel was well located for access to the metro and busses. and just a round the corner was popular shopping street.

Breakfast was mostly a bunch of pastries, did have to pay for coffee though. Staff did not speak much English. Ran out of hot water during showers every day, otherwise bathroom was nice in our room. Other rooms did not have a newer bathroom though.

Hotel receptionist didn't speak any english...
In addition to this Hotel didn't charge Expedia and they corraled me so I wouldn't leave... since they didn't speak english, I didn't know what was happening... Terrible experience... will.never go there again!!!

It was an okay hotel for the money...
The staff was very nice! The rooms were not too bad for the money considering that we got free breakfast, but our Wifi didn't work very well in our room. Still, not too far from the train station, and plenty of good places to eat around there, so all in all, a good stay.

Good location, poor management
The hotel is in a very good location (quiet street next to a metro station) and offers good value for the money. The rooms are spacious and clean. However the bathrooms are simply disgusting : small and cramped with wared down and broken appliances. The breakfast consists only in packed foods : little to no fresh items. However the backyard garden it's served in is simply delightful ! The staff is generally friendly, but speaks little to no english, so it's really hard to communicate with them.
