Lovely comfortable stay in Milan
We were warmly welcomed by the BnB host and made to feel very relaxed the moment we arrived. The room is very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Beppe gave us lots of useful information, took great care of us at breakfast and was utterly charming. I would definitely stay again if in Milan. It's on a busy road but there are good eating and drinking options not too far. Short walk to metro station and other transport options. Impeccably clean and quality amenities.

Clean hotel with a quiet environment.
A very quiet ace to spend time. It was easy to reach. Very cooperative property owner available all the time. Very essential to talk to. I had a great time.

Qualità e cortesia
Ho soggiornato per una notte con mio figlio, la struttura d' facile da raggiu Gere con la metro da staz.centrale (linea verde 4 fermate )a 500m. da Lambrate FS.il padrone d' molto ospitale e attento alle esigenze dei clienti, la stanza e' pulita e arredata con gusto. La colazione e' preparata e servita dal padrone di casa.Ottima e abbondante. Così come ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliato

Soggiorno comodo a pochi passi da Lambrate F.S
il B&B si trova all'interno di un palazzo. La camera era pulito ed il personale molto cortese. unica pecca, le camere del primo piano sono di tipo appartamento e quando apri la porta della camera trovi direttamente il receptionista di fronte.

Il B&B non é un albergo e qui a Milano é obbligatorio alloggiarlo all'interno di un'abitazione. Non c'é alcuna reception visto che il check-in é fatto direttamente da me che sono il proprietario. Le numerose foto descrivono fedelmente la struttura. Grazie per l'apprezzamento e per aver soggiornato presso di noi.

These guests came at 22:15 on April 16 and one day before their reservation of April 17 just cancelled for some matter of their stolen card... I was sorry but no vacancy was for that night, I gave some info were to try to have a room but guests were very disappointed.

B&B Zimmer nordöstlich von der Innenstadt
Das Zimmer befindet sich in einem von mehreren Gebäudekomplexen mit mehreren Parteien über 6 Stockwerke. Das Frühstück besteht aus Saft, Wasser, Kaffee, einmal Marmelade und einmal Butter 3 Scheiben Brot, Kuchen und Keksen und Obst und einem Croissant pro Person. Kein Aufschnitt, kein Ei, keine Milch. Die Matratze war mir persönlich zu durchgelesen und das Klo viel zu klein (ich bin 180 cm groß). Das Zimmer verfügt über einen Kuhlbaren Weinschrank. Die Gebühr pro Person pro Nacht beträgt angeblich 3 Euro nicht wie beschrieben 2 Euro. Beppo spricht englisch. Angeblich war die Anzahl der Personen falsch gebucht. Belegt werden konnte das aber nicht. Beppo habe „eine Auge zugedrückt“. Die CheckOut Zeit von Expedia war mit 11 Uhr angegeben. Beppo meinte es sei 10 Uhr. Ausnahmsweise würde er sich auf 11 einigen. Ein Late-ChecOut ist nicht möglich wegen dem Reinigungspersonal. Im Bad und im Zimmer waren in den Ecken vermehrt Spinnenweben. Ein Spinne im Bad war am zweiten Tag weg. Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht.

Sehr geehrter Herr, Danke für die Zeit, die Sie diesem Kommentar gewidmet haben. In Wahrheit nicht sehr klar. Ich antworte in einer synoptischen Form darüber, was ich verstanden habe. 1- Das italienische Frühstück beinhaltet kein Fleisch und keine Eier, die als Cholesterinquelle betrachtet werden ... Wenn wir ein individuelles Frühstück machen, sollten wir gekochten Kohl für die Chinesen und Eier und Speck für die Engländer machen ... Das sollten Sie verstehen, wenn Sie hineingehen Italien konfrontiert uns mit der Kultur des Ortes und der Mittelmeerdiät, die allgemein als die besten der Welt anerkannt sind. Eier und Schinken hätten sie trotzdem fragen können und meine unfehlbare Frage beantwortet: "Du willst etwas anderes". "Nein" war seine Antwort. 2- Spinnweben sind das Ergebnis der Tatsache, dass wir im Grünen versinken und wir im täglichen Krieg mit Spinnen kurzlebigen Lebens sind. Wie Sie es beschrieben haben, scheint es, dass Spinnweben das Ergebnis von Sorglosigkeit sind. 3- Das Badezimmer hat die Standardabmessungen der in Italien geltenden Bauparameter. Gut für dich, um eine gute Höhe von cm zu haben. 180. Das gleiche gilt für die Größe der Matratze von cm. 180x200. 5- Wenn Sie im letzten Jahr die Kurtaxe gebucht haben, war € 2 pro Person pro Nacht; Seit dem 1. Januar hat die Stadtverwaltung von Mailand sie auf 3 € erhöht. 6- Warum hast du diese Dinge während deines 4-tägigen Aufenthalts nicht gemeldet?

Nos fue muy bien
Difícil encontrarlo porque está entre muchos departamentos pero una vez adentro súper bien. La atención muy cálida y el desayuno muy rico. Está cerca del aeropuerto y pudimos estacionar en la calle.

Un excellent séjour
L'accueil par le gérant du B&B, Beppe, est excellent : la chambre solo offre confort et convivialité, la salle de bains commune et la cuisine commune sont très bien aménagées, et le petit-déjeuner servi tous les matins est délicieux et copieux ! Le gérant donne par ailleurs souvent des astuces et bons plans dont on peut profiter à Milan, et est bilingue italien/anglais. Pour un weekend ou une semaine de vacances, n'hésitez pas !

Rapporto qualità prezzo elevato
Decisamente un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Il B&B si trova al secondo piano di una palazzina residenziale, perciò non spaventatevi quando arrivate e vi sembra di essere nel posto sbagliato. La camera è comfortevole e la colazione non è male.Il gestore è simpatico e disponibile ad aiutarvi se avete domande.

Ottimo B&B se dovete passare una notte a Lambrate
Il B&B del Parco Lambro è indiscutibilmente un ottimo punto d'appoggio per passare una notte vicino la stazione di Lambrate. I locali sono estremamente curati, grazie all'attenta cesellatura svolta dal proprietario, un architetto molto creativo, quasi un esteta, e soprattutto molto gentile e disponibile. Ve lo consiglio.

E' all'interno di un palazzone, più bed che breakfast. Non esistono indicazioni della sua presenza, bisogna chiamare per scoprire dove si trovi, sul campanello c'e' il nome di un privato.
