Nice little place. Very close to the train so great if you need to take the train to the airport the next day. Very basic. Few amenities. Rooms are small. Staff were very nice

Very convenient for Centrale station and comfortable bed, decent shower etc. It’s a slightly strange set up as it is on the first floor of what feels like an office or residential building, and there are limited facilities etc but for a short stay I would recommend it. You can get the Metro from Centrale to all the main sites, and it’s very quick. I stayed overnight and had a morning to explore and was able to walk around a lot of the key sites.

Convenient near Central Station
Milan very near the station which is good 3-5 min walk. Very clean-sterile. Helpful guys at reception.You have to ring bell from street when first arrive. Does not look like hotel from Street a little disconcerting. Hotel on first floor. There is a lift. We felt safe.

Hotel was very convenient to the train station but still quiet enough from outside noise. Made for a great short stay location. Very clean and cozy for our family of 3. Would use it again!

Excellent location and polite, friendly staff.
We travelled as a 3-generation family and had a room with 3 single beds. The hotel was a little hard to find as it is a first-floor boutique property but we found the door and buzzed the intercom. The hotel is located just off the main road, opposite the Central Station - excellent for travel (it was €7 for a days metro pass and just 30mins to Lake Como by train) and an easy 30min stroll to the Duomo. The man on reception was lovely (Brian) and spoke good English which was a relief as our Italian isn't great. The various other staff were also lovely, friendly and polite however Brian stood out as he worked every day through our stay and spoke to us whenever he saw us - just a "hello" or "have a good evening" but still added to the overall feel of the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. No drink making facilities, but as reception is just outside your door, it is easy enough to ask for a drink and they bring it to your room (a coffee was €2). Plenty of room for 3 people with 3 people's stuff to spread out. The bathroom was clean and well maintained - with soap, shampoo/conditioner, cotton buds etc and plenty of large fluffy towels. The only let down was that the cleaner came daily and changed the towels - in other hotels this is optional in order to reduce the effect on climate. We would have been fine with one clean during our stay. We would happily stay again

The hotel is convenient but there are many others around. The entrance reeks of urine outside. While the area is vibrant and i felt very safe, will rather stay in other bigger hotels nearby. When we arrived, i was told i had to pay more even though i booked a triple room and the receptionist said that as I didn’t declare my child to be above 2 , i had to pay 30 euros extra. I refused as I already felt I overpaid for such a small and expensive accommodation. He was nice and sorted out the confusion and apologised about it later. Needed only one night to sleep; not ever staying here again.

Good over night stay close to the main station easy to find nice and modern smelled beautiful with very helpful staff . Room was a lot smaller then the photo appeared . This made it feel a little enclosed and stuffy but fine for a single night stay or maybe one guest .

Great once you find it
The hotel is close to the Milan train station, but might be difficult to find. Even when I was using real-time mapping, which led me to standing literally across the street from the entrance, I still wasn't sure if I was there. I had to use the door intercom to get in, but after that everythong went fine. The staff was helpful, the room was pleasent, and the location was excellent.

Easy walk from Milano Centrale station although the hotel entrance was down a slightly dodgy sideroad with evidence of a homeless party having taken place recently. Very friendly and helpful checkin who gave me a map and recommended various places to visit and how to get there by Metro. Room very clean and nice facilities, although window looked out on grim internal staircase only. Lighting was terrible, glaring spotlights against dark walls with many harsh shadows made it hard even to read. Bed comfortable, bathroom good. Friendly staff again at checkout who helpfully held my bag while I went sightseeing.

The property is in an office building. It is difficult to find. Though the staff were great, the room was small with limited amenities. Wi-if is unsecured so I could not join with my work computer. Will not be back.

The room was clean and modern, but very dark and not user-friendly. The desk clerks were wonderful, however, and if it wouldn’t have been for Audrey’s patience and kindness, we would have had difficulty finding the building the “hotel” is located in. Although very close and convenient to Milano Centrale, our GPS lost connection at the train station, and Audrey guided us to the hotel. After traveling for over 24 hours, she was a godsend. The coffee service in the morning was also appreciated, and there are many good restaurants nearby.

We paid over $350 for a night here. You have to buzz in to get into the building and then take an elevator to the 1st floor. The room was O.K., but the bathroom was so dark, that my wife couldn't put on her makeup. The room was also dark and not that well-appointed. No breakfast was included and there was no coffee in the room. I expected more for the price.

This property is far from a boutique hotel. Sizes of the room is ok but the bathroom amenities were terrible. Tiny shower with water that doesn’t drain, no light, sink that doesn’t drain, towel bar that fell off the wall, wifi that doesn’t work and air conditioning that barely works. Avoid this « hotel » at all cost!!

Comfortable and affordable hotel in a great location. Right next to Centrale station, and easy access to public transit and breakfast options. Room was clean and had a good view of the station from our window. Getting to the hotel wasn't too hard, although the labeling was not obvious. Staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our bags there before check-in, which we were grateful for. Wifi connection wasn't too great from our room, but that was the only negative from our stay. Would recommend.
