I like how they assisted us with airport shuttle to MXP. Staff were very friendly. The breakfast options were good too.

It was clean and comfortable but at night, we can hear noises coming from the street, people talking and cars. Staff is very good, breakfast excellent.

Thank you to Laura, who checked me in but also gave me advice on the local transport. The metro is a short walk away. Several local shops if you want water, etc, for your room. Good location, clean and helpful staff. The lady in the restaurant who served me was also very friendly but i didn't get her name.

OK so its an older building and we knew the rooms were small so that was fine.the wifi is flaky on floor 6 be warned. breakfast is not as good as in times of covid (2021) go figure

The check in and check out was extremely smooth, my room is quite and tidy , the size of the room is actually smaller than listed and lack the basics of hangers , facial tissues. Overall a nice clean room to quick stay over.

Nice clean hotel in Milan!
Pros: clean; spacious; good location from Milano centrale train station; hair dryer; good cheap cafes nearby Cons: very few amenities provided in the room (e.g., all-in-one soap/shampoo/conditioner, no fridge) but does reflect the price being a budget hotel; little bit far away from all the action ie the Duomo and the canals (but we didn’t mind the walk)

Bad experience with maintence at Ibis hotel
Front desk service is good when we complained that our room shower drainage had a block causing water to gather and overflow. When the maintance personnel came, we were surprised by his attitude when he said the water had not overflowed to the whole bathroom yet. We had switched off the shower to avoid flooding the whole toilet. Our friend room also faced the similar issue whereby the wash basin was jammed and they had to "clear" the drainage themselves and found to their horror that jam was caused by rubbish like toothbrush and hair. This is really not what we had expected from Ibis hotel experience. Our previous holidays at other Ibis hotel was great.

Overall stay was good it served all the needs I had whilst on my short trip. The location of the hotel was very convenient. The city centre was no more than just a few tram or metro stops away. One thing I would’ve liked better was the WiFi connection. There were times where the WiFi would automatically disconnect me and wouldn’t let me log back in so I had to go down to reception and ask them about it

This hotel is in a convenient location between Central Station and the old town. The distance to the Duomo is walkable and we felt very safe, despite walking back from La Scala after a performance at near midnight. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room comfortable and quiet albeit a bit small and when you have a large suitcase, as I do, you will need to plan how to position it best. The breakfast was average, with all one could want for but boring if you stay for more than say three nights. The complimentary slices of pizza in the evening in the bar area was a nice touch. All in all a pleasant experience and a recommendable place to stay.

When we arrived we were placed into a standard room even though we booked a superior room. The first room we were in the shower was broken hanging off the wall. The second room was dirty, plug sockets not safe and no safe in the room. Finally we were placed into a room which was what we booked even though they told us they overbooked these rooms. Every time we left our room our key wouldn’t work so we had to get it reactivated six times

Just a heads up all the parking lots are usually full. We had ti park 2 blocks away and carry our luggage all at 7 at night and not the safest area, so be careful.

Convenient location if you will be traveling through Milan Central Station. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and subway stops as well. There are some rougher looking blocks and homeless people, especially the closer you get to Central Station. My husband and I walked to dinner in the evening, and also walked to the train station at 6am with our luggage without issue. Just need to use street smarts and be alert. My only complaints about this hotel are that the room was hot and the only blanket on the bed was a heavy down comforter, this made is difficult to sleep. Also there was no refrigerator. Luckily we only stayed for one night and caught an early AM flight so these things weren’t too much of an inconvenience to us.

The property is just a walking distance from the nearest metro. The hotel has a welcoming ambience, love it. Front desk personnel were so helpful. I highly recommended this hotel in Milan.

The staff were very pleasant, efficient, and helpful. We had two consecutive flight cancellations for our return home and the staff were quickly able to extend our stay at the hotel. The location provides easy access to public transportation to all areas of Milan.
