Ein Mega Hotel. Tolles Personal. Alle sehr aufmerksam. Wir waren sehr zufrueden. PS: es fehlten Zahnputzgläser ..... .......im Bad zu wenig Möglichkeiten die Handtücher aufzuhängen...... Dennoch ein Top Hotel .....hatte erst vor 2-3 Wochen eröffnet......also nachbessern geht immer. Werden gerne wiederkommen, danke.

Vielen Dank für den sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt! Das Hotel wurde kürzlich eröffnet und ist dementsprechend neu und modern. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mein Zimmer hatte einen Balkon mit schönem seitlichem Meerblick auf die Ostsee, den man von Loungemöbeln aus genießen konnte. Auch toll: Die voll ausestattete kleine Küchenzeile und die Waschmaschine - es war eher wie in einem Mini-Apartment, als in einem Hotelzimmer. Der Wellnessbereich mit u.a. Schwimmbad, verschiedenen Unterwasserdüsen, Whirlpool, drei Saunen und ebenfalls Meerblick war eine angenehme Überraschung und schöne Abwechslung. Vielen Dank, ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

Einbrecher im Zimmer! Unsicheres Hotel!

Wir hatten um etwa 22:30 Uhr plötzlich einen Einbrecher im Zimmer, der an unseren Sachen war. Ich musste ihn aus dem Zimmer drängen. Im Anschluss begab ich mich zur Rezeption. Leider war die Rezeption nicht besetzt. Es war ein gelangweilter Security da. Als ich ihn das erzählte, kam der Einbrecher. Ich zeigte dem Secuirty den Einbrecher, dem war das aber egal. Ich musste den Einbrecher aus dem Hotel drängen. Am nächsten morgen haben wir das Hotel vorzeitig verlassen. Wir haben das Geld dank Hotels.com zurück erhalten. Wie der Einbrecher ins Hotel und in unser Zimmer kam, ist mir nicht ersichtlich. Sicherheit = NULL Schlimmste Nacht gehabt.
