Great family-friendly place with great views

We stayed here for a week on the 5th floor and had a great time. The location is amazing, right by the water and the pier, with easy access to the beach, shops, and tons of restaurants. The view from our room was beautiful, especially over the water. The hotel is super kid-friendly, which was a big plus for us. There’s a large play area inside, a bowling alley, and a really nice pool area with a smaller kids’ pool, jacuzzis, sauna, and steam bath. The main pool is quite big too, so it never felt crowded. Our room was very clean, modern, and well-equipped. There are two elevators, which made it easy to get around even when it was busy. Breakfast was great – big selection with all the usual continental options plus Polish dishes. The best part was definitely the live cooking station where they made omelettes and scrambled eggs to order. There are two restaurants and a buffet dinner option. We only tried the Italian restaurant (Ciao), and it was excellent – tasty food and friendly service. All in all, it’s a fantastic hotel for families. There’s so much to do for the kids, the facilities are top-notch, and you really can’t beat the location. We’d happily come back!

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich schreibe Ihnen, um ein Feedback zu meinem kürzlichen Aufenthalt im Hotel Aurora Family & SPA abzugeben. Positives Feedback: • Zimmer: Das Zimmer war sehr schön und überaus sauber. Die tägliche Reinigung war einwandfrei und sehr angenehm. • Frühstück und Service: Das Frühstück war einwandfrei und die Bedienung war top. • Rezeption: Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. • Massagebereich/SPA: Die Mitarbeiter im Massagebereich waren sehr nett und kompetent. Dieser Bereich ist sehr empfehlenswert. Konstruktive Kritik: • Lärmbelästigung: Leider gab es am vorletzten Tag meines Aufenthalts eine erhebliche Lärmbelästigung, da Mitarbeiter direkt neben unserem Zimmer gearbeitet haben. Dies war sehr unangenehm und hat den ansonsten tollen Aufenthalt getrübt. Gesamtbewertung: Abgesehen von dem Lärmvorfall war es ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt mit hervorragendem Service. Ich würde Ihr Hotel grundsätzlich weiterempfehlen, möchte Sie aber bitten, in Zukunft darauf zu achten, dass lärmintensive Arbeiten nicht während der üblichen Ruhezeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe von belegten Zimmern stattfinden. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch an Kinder wurde mitgedacht. Das Essensangebot war super und reichlich für jedermann vorhanden. Parkmöglichkeiten waren leider schlecht, sodass man auf einen privaten Parkplatz ausweichen musste. Leider sind die Zimmer sehr dunkel und es roch bei uns im Zimmer sehr nach Abfluss. Internet und TV Empfang war leider sehr schlecht.

Gebuchtes Frühstück bei Expedia war beim Check In an der Reception nicht mehr zu finden auf der Buchungsbestätigung . Nur gegen Bezahlung pro Person 70 zt und pro Nacht. Personal sehr unfreundlich und unambitioniert. Der Zimmerservice lässt benutzte Tassen einfach stehen. Teebeutel und Wasser werden nicht aufgefüllt. Minibar war immer leer. Betten normal hergerichtet also nichts besonderes. Und wenn man Glück hatte hat man noch ein frisches Handtuch bekommen. Niemals die 5 Etage buchen da ständig Waschmaschinenbetrieb ( Housekeeping) . Lautsprecher auf dem Dach des Hotels erzeugen künstlich Vogelgeräuche um Möven zu vertreiben. Wer Möven sehen möchte nutzt die Zeispanne von 0 Uhr bis 04 Uhr. Pool und Welnessbereich sehr klein. 5 liegen für das ganze Hotel. Kein Hotel eigenden Parkplatz zu Verfügung. Koffer müssen über die Promenade getragen werden.Fernsehen Lautsprecher gedrosselt so das man kaum was hört und wlan Empfang sehr schwach. Matratzen sehr hart und unbequem . Strand sehr dreckig und keine Mülleimer. Sind bald 1 km weiter gelaufen da war es halbwegs sauber. Preis und Leistung für das Geld nicht gerechtfertigt. Keine 4 Sterne.

Die Heizung im Zimmer ging nur stundenweise. Als wir das an der Rezeption gesagt haben, daß unser Zimmer kalt sei,bekamen wir nur schwammige Ausreden und dass 20 Grad im Zimmer reichen. Dann bekamen wir eine Elektroheizung auf unser Zimmer. Also nie wieder Hotel Aurora und wenn mich mal jemand fragt zu diesem Hotel, werde ich sagen,im Sommer kann man hinfahren aber im Winter nicht.

Wszystko na 5 z plusem. Basen i sauna praktycznie bez ludzi. Wysoka jakość usług Spa. Jedyny minus to bardzo mały i wąski parking. Auta zamykane w boksach jedno nad drugim. Jeśli ktoś planuje częste użytkowanie samochodu i zwiedzanie okolicy, totalnie nie praktyczne. Lepiej zostawić auto na ulicy.
