"The staff was amazingly helpful and courteous. No matter who you spoke to, no matter what they were doing they stopped and answered you. We were there expressly for Graceland and the shuttle ran every half hour just to take you from the hotel across the street to Graceland grounds was clean and we'll maintained. We will be going back and we will be staying at the Guesthouse. That isn't something I've said about many hotels we've stayed at."

"beds are comfy just need to add something on thoose doors they close to loud"

"The motel was nice and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was not very good, but was pretty standard for continental breakfast."

"I usually do not comment with reviews. However, The Hotel is not clean. It’s run down. The towels smelled the bathtub was not clean. I was afraid to sleep on the sheets. It was terrible I checked out a day earlier the front desk person gave me the wrong information on refunding my night. Told me to call Expedia when I did they had to call the hotel to ask for a refund since they took my credit card at the time I arrived. I cut my trip short. Sadly, this is one is not a good hotel. Lack of cleanliness & security. Did not feel safe. My apologies but do not stay here unless you are okay with this stuff. Stay elsewhere"

"Breakfast menu limited. No tea/coffee making facilities in room however staff very good when asked them for hot water late at night to make a drink. Staff very friendly and helpful. Roof top bar good with excellent views however, only one bar person on so service could be very slow at times and support needed for bar person. Rooms very spacious and hotel in good location "

"The room was pretty spacious and it was a comfortable night but it seemed kind of humid in the room even with the air conditioner on. Some things seemed to have seen its day, e.g., doorknob seemed a bit jammed, shower water handle was loose. Breakfast was acceptable; there was variety. Overall a decent stay."

"The hotel was not well-maintained. The carpet in the common areas needed vacuuming, and there was mold in the shower. When I requested towels, the front desk staff appeared annoyed and only provided four bath towels instead of a full set. Additionally, there was no one at the front desk when I arrived, which made check-in inconvenient."
