"Reservé un estudio para 2 adultos y un bebé que comparte cama con nosotros, y nada más llegar nos dicen que la reserva no era correcta y deberíamos haber reservado un apartamento más grande. Continuamos adelante con la reserva porque ya estaba pagada pero nos advirtieron de que el niño no estaría cubierto por el seguro en caso de accidente. Creo que no ha habido una buena gestión, no sé si por parte del establecimiento o de Expedia, pero nos deberían haber informado de ello antes de la llegada...

"We have been blessed a room with beautiful view of the river & mountain. Staff in hotel were very helpful and friendly and we received much guidance on how to get around Lourdes from Front Desk, Ms Vanessa. Though the official breakfast time was 7am, hotel is very accomodating to start breakfast as early as 6.30am for guests who are required to depart early. Will definitely be back next year for our pilgrimage again."
