"The apartment was spotless and the amenities/fixtures and fittings were of such high quality. The bed and linen were luxurious. We would definitely book again."

"Apparently the management had very recently taken over the tenancy which according to the manager was left in a dilapidated state. There were cheap air fresheners all over the establishment. We asked them to be removed, but the smell was impregnated and we had to have the windows open the whole time, which was not great as the heating did not work and a small fan heater was supplied and was totally inefficient. We were asked what time would we like breakfast and when we went down the place was in darkness. We and other guest waited almost an hour when we had to leave. I have never ever had this experience before. I had some health problems as did a collegue as we both had water from the tap. Which may not have been related to the Black Swan"

"Sarah is just an amazing host, nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast is lovely and our miniature poodle loved the sausage for his breakfast too!"
