"I cannot fault my stay, from start to finish it was superb from the very welcoming and friendly Roberto where absolutely nothing was to much trouble, to how amazingly clean and well kept the communal areas were, to the fantastic room i stayed in. I have stayed in a fair few hotels in Bournemouth but this one stands head and shoulders above all of them in terms of staff, cleanliness, location, comfiness of bed and it was so quiet. "Excellent hospitality "

"Staff were lovely and attentive. The breakfast was lovely and made to order. The bathroom was very nice and modern. However the main part of the room was tired. It lacked any decoration and had a tv that was very old and small. The tv was a bit lumpy and not super comfortable. The worst thing was though that the walls and ceilings were not very sound insulating. We kept hearing the people above us stomp around at all hours of the night and being woken up between 2:30-3 because of people...

"Easter Weekend, arrived on Good Friday 2pm to be told to go back at 3pm, which was the proper check-in time. We were allowed to leave bags and took the opportunity to explore area.
