Being a new cumber to the area they suggested excellent things to do, showed us the way to the nearest train station, and provided great customer service throughout our stay. The breakfast was perfect as well. Navigation to the downtown area was easier than we thought."

"My family really love the spa facility. We arrived early in the morning and the receptionist offered me early check in with a fee which we took and it was a good decision ever! my family enjoyed the jacuzzi and sauna."

"I made the reservation 2 days in advance for a Sunday. I arrived at 1630pm and the hotel receptions doors were locked with no one inside seen. After 20 minutes a guest was leaving the hotel and I walked in through the doors and their were about 30 keys with names on the reception desk with a sign that stated no staff on duty as of 1300 till the following morning. I picked my key up and went to my room..But a very poor check experience."
