"Hotel is under construction so most of the stairwells and elevators are closed resulting in a very long walk to our room. The one working elevator got stuck twice during our stay which was unpleasant and stressful. The hotel doesn’t begin serving breakfast or their complimentary coffee until 7am, which was after we needed to leave for our event. They do have coffee pods and powdered non-dairy creamer in the room though. The staff were pleasant during check in."

"Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und wurde jeden Tag frisch gemacht.
Schrank innen war etwas staubig, aber nicht schlimm.
Die Matratze hat schon einige Gäste hinter sich, das hat man gemerkt, aber trotzdem haben wir sehr gut geschlafen.
Was am ehesten gestört hat, war die Hellhörigkeit. Klar ist es in New York nie leise, das war uns klar. Aber die Zimmertür war einen großen Spalt vom Boden entfernt. Da hatte man manchmal das Gefühl, man würde auf dem Flur sitzen.

"I enjoyed my stay. The front desk was very busy at times and there were waits. They lobby could have been cleaner, but was partially due to snow being tracked inside."

"This was the perfect spot for me to stay while I was solo traveling in NYC! My room was comfortable and had everything I needed, and was cleaned every day. The property is centrally located in Manhattan and 3 minutes away from the nearest subway station. It was pretty quiet considering and I never had to wait for a bathroom. The rooftop terrace was also beautiful, I couldn't believe what I got for such a great price. I will definitely be back on my next trip to NYC."
