We traveled very late arrived at 3am. The rooms were nasty. Feces left in toilet upon arrival. Not clean at all. Offered to switch rooms just to walk in and NO ELECTRICITY in the second room. also we were considered a “pent house” room SCAM! Staff constantly gave incorrect information. We woke up at 10am to drilling right above our room and it lasted all day. I come to Miami often and have never been this disappointed with a stay. I would never recommend this hotel. The only good thing about it were the valet people. DON’T BE FOOLED BY ONLINE PICTURES OR THE LOBBY IN PERSON. The lobby was beautiful but it’s a first impression SCAM!

No complaints about service or property. Great location & probably one of the best pools & views on SoBe. Just wish ahead if time @ check in they required $1k sec deposit for 4 days. Never stayed anywhere with that exorbitant amount. Didn’t help I only bought one credit card and didn’t accept Apple Pay

I like the pool area walkable to go to the beach but the food was too expensive and I paid for the breakfast and only got bread and coffee it was terrible

I like that the hotel have bedroom suites, the room was nice and big but I didn’t care for the lighting in the bathroom the shower knob needs to be replace kept coming off when I turned it and the floors had stains on them. Beds were very comfy staff were wonderful.

over all the grounds were clean and great food however its the rooms that were very out dated and ugly stains on the couches and the rug there were so many i didn't even want to step on the rug bare foot which was under the bed or sit on the couch. it was actually disgusting. however pool area was clean and inviting and the food was great.

I live in Miami and I Must say this place is a trap. I do not write bad reviews ever but this was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. Mind you I live in Miami and I came here for Mother’s Day. For tourist stay far far away from this place. I had a horrible and I mean horrible check in experience. The employee refused to accomdate me. I had to change my room, something easy. The room in expedia was 300 dollars cheaper The lady at the front desk refused to even look at it Then let’s talk about the dinner, food came out cold Employees on the phone lack of service and accommodation across the board here. If you stay here be ready and be on guard at all times for the hotel to take advantage of you. BOTTOM LINE I LIVE IN MIAMI AND I WOULD NEVER EVER STEP FOOT BACK IN THAT HOTEL I HAVE LIVED IN MIAMI MY WHOLE LIFE AND HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED ANYTHING LIKE THIS DO NOT GO HERE

Mondrian has the baia beach club which has amazing food and drinks 10/10. Now the cleanliness of the hotel was absolutely terrible. Sheets and curtains were dirty. They seem to not clean up the room properly we came back to our rooms untouched or barely cleaned. We had to call them multiple times for them to make the beds and take our towels. The rooms need a little upgrading. Patio chair and table were chipped and rusty. If you want the Mondrian experience I would recommend just coming to dine in or going to the beach club. Overall rating of the stay would be 3/10 only due to the baia beach club food and drinks.

When I first arrived with my boyfriend at the property, we were told we only needed to pay $307.80 by the third-party Expedia app. When speaking to the supervisor we were told we needed to pay $1,000 instead of $307.80. I was highly angry because Expedia nor the hotel told us we needed to pay $1,000 instead of $307.80. When speaking to the supervisor she tried to lower the prices to $800. On my debit card, I was charged $985. When finally completing the payment process. We didn’t receive the complimentary champagne. Shortly after arriving at our room, the room was extremely dirty. Mold in the shower, you can't even be barefooted. The bed was dirty and stunk everywhere. The refrigerator was broken and overstocked so you cannot put anything in it. I was not happy at all with my stay here at this hotel. I would not recommend coming here AT ALL.

The security deposit is an additional 200 per day. That information is listed under the "policies," section of our website. Expedia is also aware and should have passed on that information to you.

First there is nothing that said valet was the only way to park and it’s $50 a night, Second after paying in full for the trip at check in they hit you with $200 a night deposit 😂, Third over was clean and staff was nice but the bathroom has mold in the shower and the sofa couch was broken we didn’t need it just shared a bed but we did let them no and nobody came to fix it. Pool staff was great bar staff great I wish their menu had a little more options but I guess it works for some people. Be prepared to spend money on parking and deposits though !!!!!
