Room carpet very dirty. Not enough closet space and no drawers to store clothes. Dogs are allowed in property and bark in the hallways.

Property is right next to Dolphin Mall. So accessibility is a huge plus! Only downfall is cleaning. We left our room at 9am and came back at 4:30pm and housekeeping still did not clean our room. That was our only disappointment.

Was denied the opportunity to stay at the property at the dead of night because they had cancelled our reservation that was made months ago. The front desk staff was unsympathetic as we had no where to stay and the taxi that brought us there had left. They eventually called another hotel and asked them to take us but we had to find our own where there. Poor customer service!!

Very nice lay out, everything looked clean and well presented. Pleasant and accommodating front desk operators. Felt safe with swipe key access for elevator and room. Best of all its location is right next to, as in walking distance from Dolphin Mall. Overall, great experience.

We really enjoyed this hotel, very fresh and clean. We liked the nice small touch such as putting a door on the ice machine rooms to reduce noise. However, we did experience a few downsides… the pipes in the bathroom made a high pitched intermittent noise all night long, sounding like an alarm, making it really difficult to sleep. Once we figured out that we could turn on the faucet at a trickle, it went away. Also, with a reservation for 4 people, why only give our room 3 bath towels? When I asked the front desk for an additional bath towel, they gave me a bath mat instead.
