Staff did accuse me of taking bathrobe they did however investigate and refund my money. My stay was overall enjoyable and welcoming will definitely stay again!

Room was nice and clean. Pool area was closed at sunset 🙄. Came here for veneer appointment and valet lost my car key. Had to wait almost 2 hours for my car and they still wanted me to pay!

Our room was on 2nd floor just right next to the lobby, it was too noisy, we couldn’t sleep whole night also staff doesn’t know English so it’s hard to communicate.hotel was in good location lots of dining options at night

the property is the best for location! 10/10. The AC works very well throughout the whole hotel which in Miami is VERY important. The staff is amazing, & works very well together. There were a few of them I saw working at ALL hours of the day to make sure our stay was great. I was able to leave my luggage & go walk around before check in & after check out. This was important for me too because the airport is not the place I wanted to spend 5 hours.. they made it easy to go get lunch & do a few last minute things before we headed the airport. The amenities were amazing, it’s nice getting a resort with a clean rooftop pool! The views were amazing!!! Anyways I will be returning here next year for my birthday again! Can’t wait to be back!! Thank you thank you thank you Bentley hotel for a great 25th birthday.

The property was overall not worth the money. The shower leaked and flooded the bathroom whenever we showered. The front desk agent said she told maintenance, however, maintenance never came the 4 days we were there. The counters were dirty when we arrived. The hotel charged a $300 incidental hold fee that we were not aware of until we checked in (I've never paid that much for incidental holds). The "complimentary" breakfast, was granola bars. The best part of this establishment is the location and rooftop pool. Also, some of the staff members were very friendly.
