"Very nice property maybe a 5 min walk to beach."

"Easy access to town and beach. Good clean room and venue. Only about 25 rooms so nice almost empty pool area and sun loungers in the afternoon. Staff helpful and on hand most of the time. I would book again if staying in the area. Only slight downside. Amenities such as Tea/Coffee not included in the room price so take a small pot of coffee rather than pay their prices. "

"Very disappointed with our stay at Waterside Hotel and Suites. What was supposed to be a relaxing anniversary vacation turned into an uncomfortable and unsafe experience. When we returned to our room around 10 PM, there was a person sitting directly outside our door. At first, we assumed she was waiting for someone in the neighboring room, but she ended up staying there all night, sleeping in the chair outside our room covered with a towel. "The location was perfect with us since we had family staying nearby. Our stay was quiet and calm (mid April) and the staff was great about helping setup a packnplay for our little one. Nearby the hotel there’s plenty of places within walking distance and the beach is within a 5 minute walk."

"There is no onsite staff to help assist you, they only communicate through messages and it’s hard to get a response from them in a timely manor, they said they had parking and then messaged us and said they do not have parking, our toilet also would not flush, the room was hot and muggy, and the staffing messaging us were unreliable, we asked for a refund and would not give us one. Warning - Do Not Book unless you want to be scammed! "

"The staff is never there and almost impossable to reach out. There is this horrable smell in the room that won't go away even if you keep the windows and the fan on. Everything is the cheapest quality you can find. BUT at least you are 3 min to the beach. Only book if you can manage these conditions and look at it from a positive mindset. Oh and also our sink was clogged"

"Very clean, attentive housekeeping staff, location is blocks away from the beach, restaurants & other neighborhood conveniences; I was mostly on foot for my trip but there’s street parking available, however parking is only free after 6pm until 6am in the area. The Property Rep, Maggy was a pleasure to deal with also, Highly recommended! "

"Pretty average hotel. Very noisy at night as it's right next to a busy road. The positives were free parking and walking distance to the beach. The room was ok, it was clean but pretty basic. It was fine for 1 night but would not be ideal for longer."

"Location is excellent and the property overall is in good condition. We booked through Global Luxury Suites which was probably the worst part of this experience. Host didn’t respond to inquiries. Only one toilet paper roll was provided, no paper towels provided, one portion of laundry detergent was provided (even though you are expected to wash your own towels). The employees at the front desk are hit or miss. We ended up having to go buy our own toilet paper, our own detergent, and our own body...

"The property is in a good location. Very limited parking. Property could use some maintenance as the air conditioner above the unit we rented kinda ran down over our door entry way so it caused for a nice puddle to form at the bottom of the stairs, which then cause the stairs to be slippery. Also there was water damaged in the bathroom ceiling that leaked and ruined two rolls of toilet paper."
