"There is no onsite staff to help assist you, they only communicate through messages and it’s hard to get a response from them in a timely manor, they said they had parking and then messaged us and said they do not have parking, our toilet also would not flush, the room was hot and muggy, and the staffing messaging us were unreliable, we asked for a refund and would not give us one. Warning - Do Not Book unless you want to be scammed! "

"It was nice. I liked it. But if the ac wasn’t on the room got humid. Not necessarily warm but the ground would get wet. But it wasn’t a huge issue for me. It was also walking distance from Publix, different food options and stores and the beach. I’d go back"

"On our week long stay we noticed the AC wasn’t quite working properly. We called maintenance multiple times and ended up having to move rooms. Kitchenette counters are a bit dated with pink Formica laminate. Unless you have the king suite you are blessed with a view of either the side of a really nice resort/parking garage or an abandoned resort on the other OR Collins Ave which does not have a view of anything but the busy street below. “Affordable” rates for a reason."

"We liked the privacy and the short distance to the beach.Neighborhood seemed safe to walk at night that's a plus.The negative would be lack of cleaning in the room,such as a streak of poop running down the bathroom wall by the door.The carpet was stained the lamp had stains the couch smelled like a wet dog and the air-conditioning hasn't had the filter cleaned in who knows how long.There were signs of previous flooding that I believe is why the room smelled musty.A dehumidifier would alleviate...

"the room didn’t have proper equipments and amenities. the induction was not working. utensils were dirty. the light was flickering."

"I had a terrible experience last night at this hotel, I stayed on the west tower and they gave me room 404 which AC wasn't working properly, the room temperature was 78 degrees making uncomfortable to sleep. I tried to call the lobby several times and no one answered my phone calls, we ended up getting another room in a Residence Inn 2 blocks away from there where we finally got some sleep. Please stay away from this place!"
