"The staff at this hotel are the highlight! Everyone was so kind and attentive. Hotel is small but lovely with a great restaurant. It’s a bit of a drive to get to Bridgetown or other areas to eat/walk around, outside of Oistins (which is open outside of Friday Night Fish Fry, but in my experience was very quiet)."

"South Point Hotel was beautiful! We were greeted by friendly staff and our room was clean and neat. We had a garden view room. The gardens were gorgeous -filled with all types of plants and flowers. The beach is located behind the hotel but unfortunately the sea weed was overgrown. So we enjoyed the pool which was close to the restaurant and bar. "The staff here is amazing! Very helpful and very friendly! The breakfast was tasty and the room was very clean. The view from the hotel is beautiful and the hotel is in St. Lawrence gap which is close to many restaurants, nightlife and events."

"The Butterfly is in great location to Oistins and catching a van or bus to Bridgetown since it is on the main road. Be very careful going out the back gate to the beach the rocks are very slippery due to the moss and you could fall and hurt yourself very badly."

"I was given a horrible room on ground floor looks like it was flooded in recent weeks..sheets dingy and even had stains..I complained they said I paid for basic. I was going to look for another hotel but then they moved me to a better room. Breakfast was also not worth the price poorly prepared. Would not go back!"

"If you are older (60+), family with a small child, or burnt out and need a quiet no frills getaway- this is the spot. If you’ve looking for day parties and a turn up crowd- this ain’t the place. You can see the property is “seasoned” and the staff is fairly nice. I will also say - beware of going at this time of the year if you’re a beach lover - there is a big seasonal seaweed problem that happens every year and it makes the water unusable.
