My room’s AC wasn’t great, but I didn’t even complain—one of the cleaning staff noticed and arranged a room change for me. So thoughtful! "It was a great stay, cozy, warm, tasty. The only downside is that they include 15% in every service ( even if you buy a coffee at the counter, a bottle of water or get the food that is already included ( all inclusive) in your package. The more food you eat , the more gratitude you pay. So I started thinking of limiting eating and drinking while being on all inclusive package, as I would end up paying 15% on top of every little thing !!! I guess that is how business work here. They probably don’t pay a l out to employees, really low wages, but this 15% is the only reason why they work. "
