Excelente ubicación, te puedes desplazar a puntos importantes del centro histórico en minutos, personal con buena actitud y atentos.. Muy limpio y con temperatura agradable en las habitaciones

El hotel está muy bien situado, hay varios restaurantes cerca, puedes ir caminando a Bellas Artes o al Zócalo. La habitación es muy cómoda, muy limpia, sin embargo pediría cambiar algunos de los focos que están afuera de la habitación 216 y 217 pues por la ventana del baño entra toda la luz y no se oscurece la habitación. El personal del hotel fue súper amable y agradable, si les recomiendo ampliamente hospedarse aquí.

Excelente servicio, atención, ubicación y comida. Aunque no tiene parqueo, hay muchos parqueos cerca y el hotel es de fácil acceso.

Me quedé 6 noches en este hotel, la ubicación es perfecta, está justo en el centro histórico así que las zonas más bonitas están alrededor, el hotel es muy pequeño, pero realmente nunca estábamos ahí, prácticamente solo dormimos ahí, en mi opinión personal el menú a la venta del restaurante en el hotel deja mucho que desear en cuanto a variedad, sin embargo el buffet de desayuno está muy completo, pagamos un upgrade de habitación el cual me alegra haberlo hecho ya que viajaba con mi hija y mi esposa así que esa habitación tenía dos recámaras, volvería sin dudas a este hotel, tal vez la próxima vez sería por menos días, cabe mencionar la amabilidad y servicio del personal, desde el portero, recepción, meseros, y camarista superaron mis espectativas para un hotel de este "tamaño" lo recomiendo ampliamente 5 estrellas!!! Felicidades!

The biggest positive was just how wonderful the location was. Av Francisco l. Madero 30, Centro Histórico was a really delightful area! The hotel itself was clean, well maintained, and extremely comfortable. It was an easy walk to a street of nice restaurants, and shopping stores.

I love where this hotel is located, it’s right in the middle of everything. Hotel was cute. My one and only complaint was the bathroom door. It’s a thick see through ish material, so if you go with anyone but your significant other, it’s awkward. I went with my brother so we through a blanket over it

First day I tried to open the shades and they fell on top of me. There was no fridge in the room as well. I asked for body soap and never received it, thank goodness I had taken my own. Lastly, I lost some souvenirs I asked the front desk and Christopher said to look for whoever served me. His attitude was not what I expected. In overall, I will pay the extra dollars but be happy with the services that I receive in another hotel. I

The place was very convenient if you want to stay in the downtown, everything is close and at night the main street feels safe. The staff was polite but without been friendly. The reception is modern and nice. The room I stayed was a little outdated. The walls were white but they look kind of dirty, the beds felt uneven and uncomfortable, the pillows were very good. The AC was fantastic and the TV, extra kudos for the water bottles. Try to ask for a room that is not in the outside seeing the street, during the day it is nice but at night it is very loud.

Me encantó el sitio, estaba en plena avenida Madero, me hospedé por un concierto y fue súper fácil transportarme al sitio, igual lugares icónicos de la CDMX quedaban a unos solos pasos. Las habitaciones estaban perfectas y todo estaba muy bien.

La habitación muy limpia, todo muy bien respecto a eso, el desayuno buffet era poco variado para el precio que estás pagando por él que es elevado para lo que ofrecen

This is one of the best properties I have ever stayed in. The location, the room, the staff, everything was great! I highly recommend this property if you are looking for the best location in Mexico City. There are lots of dining options and is very walkable. I loved it. Definitely coming back.
