I like the price and the location. The walking distance to the Plaza Satellite shopping mall give you a lot of options to walk outside if the weather allows and plenty of options to dinner and shop within any type of budget.

Across the street from Plaza Satélite, parking is Valet Parking and a bit inconvenient, but that's almost the norm around Mexico City, place is clean and well kept, has a nice rooftop bar, and included Breakfast is pretty good! Staff is friendly and helpful. Wiil stay there again for sure!

Cons:Carpet has seen its best years. Shower floor is quite slippery. TV remote did not work properly. Location, not hotel's fault. It is what it is Pros: Efficient check in and check out. Excellent service by all hotel personnel. Hot water with outstanding pressure.

My stay at Holiday Inn Express in Mexico was overall disappointing. The staff was polite but fairly average—nothing particularly memorable in terms of service. Breakfast options were very basic, and unfortunately, the coffee was quite poor. The room itself had a noticeable issue with a musty, unpleasant smell coming from the carpet, which affected the overall comfort. The location was also not very convenient, especially since the main road nearby was under construction, making taxi access difficult. I also tried the rooftop restaurant, but the food was mediocre and didn’t meet expectations. Overall, the experience did not justify the stay, and I would likely consider other options in the area next time.
