"Lovely room for 4 offered with a small upgrade fee as we had to arrive a day early due to weather. Names of mention Cameron Carr, Concierge of the Year, Alex, Princess, Jake, Danny L, Aman, Young Mi-Lee, John and all of the fellows who greet and help in every way possible. This hotel is our favourite and we endeavour to have at least two 3-5 day stays a year. 5* from check-in to check-out. "

We received 1 set of keys and a key fob for the building. The parking garage is metered. Our room was on the 47th floor and had beautiful views of the city. "
