"24時間スタッフがいることは心強いし、部屋もとっても広くて必要なものが全て揃ってた。場所も治安が良さそうだったし、洗濯機も使い方簡単だった。色々な観光地へも地下鉄ですぐにいけるし、交通のべんがよかったし、ヒースロー空港にも地下鉄1本でいける。近くにcoopやM&Sもあるので部屋で料理することもできる。 セーフティーボックスの使い方がわからなくてスタッフにも聞いたけどうまく動かなかったが、治安が悪くないからスーツケースに鍵かけて管理することで問題なかった。バスタブもありがたかった "

"Apartment was great, not too loud even though next to a street. Only a 5 minute walk to Earls Court Tube station. Easy to find, staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of things on the doorstop although there were already plenty of amenities included in the stay. We would definitely stay again, thanks for a great place to call home for the weekend! "

"Staff were amazing from start to finish. The room was big, clean an bed was very comfortable. Only 1 chair in the room so had to sit on the bed to watch telly. Food was good especially Sunday Roast which was so tasty and a really good sized portion. Met the owner while out walking and she recognised us and was very friendly gave us advice on our walk and looked forward to seeing us at lunchtime. Atmosphere was buzzing and the place had a real family vibe despite the eclectic mix of clientele....

"Premium character hotel in central London with superb value to cost. Spent a week here whilst attending a technology conference. Hotel is nicely furnished and the breakfast to order was great. Lovely staff who were genuinely nice and friendly. You could feel that it’s a naturally nice place to work. I’m normally used to paying 250/night for central London, but Indigo really makes the case to stretch that to 350 for such a huge gain in comfort and style."

    "Enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel was within 5mins walking distance to the train station thus convenient & the station had many eateries & local supermarket Sainbury’s and Tesco. The room was very clean, slightly small but bed was comfortable. Breakfast was really good with fresh eggs, bacon, sausages, yogurt, pastries and fruits. Thank you for the enjoyable stay. "
