"Rooms were clean but room service didn’t come nearly as much as we would’ve liked. Also it’s very difficult to get the front desk/anything from room service or the front desk (towels, wash clothes, toilet paper, etc.). Breakfast bar gets very crowded after 8:30 but food is good. Staff are very professional and helpful. 4/5 would go again/recommend."

"The room was clean, bed was clean, the sofa couch was very dirty with stains. The refrigerator was one that was just dropped there and plugged in. The shower had a hand held shower but the holder was broke and it was hanging on the floor.

"We just stayed for a night. Very helpful front desk. Breakfast was good. Airport pickup had 30 mins waiting. I did not realize I had to call them. It’s best you call them as soon as you get out of the flight and request shuttle."

"Love how clean and friendly staff is. I think next time I will not get pool view though. In building 16 and it’s very loud until 11pm with kids playing in pool. Only writing to other people looking for review. The noise was appropriate for space it is just a little loud. Great stay though."

"Property was clean staff was very nice breakfast was amazing literally didn’t have to go IHOP or dennys lol breakfast was 5 star pool and gym was perfect really wish I’ve gotten the city view but never the less don’t second guess going here you will definitely enjoy. "Arrived for a 3 day stay and TV didn't work, dried blood on the sheets and noisy fridge that froze our drinks. Front desk attendants were told of the situation. Nothing got fixed, sheets were not changed etc. Sold out, so no room change. We recieved $33 off our bill. LOL! This was going to be our go-to hotel to visit our son at UCF for the next four years. Not now!"
