"Breakfast was served until 10:30. We arrived to eat just after 9, and the food was sparce. A lot of people here wirh kids, so I'm guessing they didn't plan. No one came to restock food. I asked about something and was told they were out. Another family came down to eat and had to ask about waffle batter because dispenser was empty. We were disappointed."

"Everything was great except even if you request a non smoking room/floor it still smells of smoke. I understand it’s a casino hotel so I did overlook this for the most part. "

"I booked this hotel from out of town! When I got there the staff were really nice and the hotel was very clean! I stayed do 4 days on my 2nd day my room key to the pool didn’t work! The lady Char at the front desk made it seem like it was my fault and told me she needed to look into my reservation and just had a nasty attitude because she took my key and locked me out of my room! I waited over 30 minutes for her to figure out what’s wrong with my key that she kicked me out of my room with. During this time she became frustrated and argumentative because she didn’t know what she was doing! Housekeeping sucked had to call multiple times for them to bring up new towels and collect garbage. The breakfast was good I loved how they had different breakfast options every day! They also said that the pool was heated it was heated any dad that we stayed it was very cold! Overall I would rate my stay a 6/10 "

"HORRIBLE!! Gross room, elevator gross and needs some maintenance, showers leaked through the ceiling, dont think they even had had keeping. Pool was so cold couldnt even enjoy it. Two ladies at the counter were so rude and just downright disrespectful, wouldnt let us speak to a manager, just gave us an email to contact. Didnt feel safe in place at all. Code enforcement and the board of health should definitely be called "

"The bathroom floor was rotting so it would kind of give away a little when you stood in front of the shower. The toilet was a little tippy. We had to reset our key three times because the card wouldn’t stay magnetized. The breakfast was nice."
