The staff for the most part was courteous.
the young black girls that worked on and off spoke and were friendly when we came and went from the hotel. The large white lady and the medium sized woman with dark hair did not feel the need to meet or greet. The coffee pot was out of commission the last two days of our visit which was a real bummer. Last time we were at this motel (last year for a family wedding) the washer and dryer were out of commission, there seems to be a trend. Overall, the stay was okay--however this hotel could train some of its staff on customer relations and also hire a timely and responsive handyman. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable and the cleaning staff were affable and did a good job. The breakfast was hit or miss and not as good as last year so mainly we ate out.
