"The Arc Harrogate is a small but fantastic hotel. There were detailed instructions sent to me about everything before I arrived and I had a lovely warm welcome from the owner. The parking is on street parking, but the hotel provided the necessary permits, complete with a photo of how to display them and details of what time the parking ran out. Vi saknade dock en sax i köket, och duschen hade några småfel - dels läckte det handhållna duschmunstycket något och dels var plastskärmen längst ner på duschdörren lös så vi fick sätta dit den själv. Hade varit behändigt med en något större soptunna samt en kompost för matavfall, och en återanvändbar disktrasa. "
