trevliga hjälpsamma ägare i bra lägenhet.

trevlig ägare som bryr sig om sina lägenheter. Snyggt nytt kök med liten espressomaskin, fint rymmligt badrum. Hade allt vi behövde. Tyvärr var vi på genomresa så vi hann inte använda den mysiga lilla lekplatsen eller den nya bubbelpoolen. Fick bästa tipset på resturang från ägaren. SÅÅ god mat! Åker gärna hit igen.

Struttura ok ma costo aggiuntivo non preventivato

Nulla da dire sulla struttura e accoglienza, peccato (veramente) che sul conto abbiamo trovato circa 20 euro in più (non presenti nel preventivo, non presenti nella mai di Expedia insomma non presenti da nessuna parte) con causale sulla ricevuta:"costi di servizio tariffa resort". Chiedo spiegazioni al gestore e mi vien detto che sono costi del 10% in piu che si prende Expedia, inizialmente lascio correre poi però la mattina seguente voglio capire di che si tratta. Chiamo Expedia e l'operatore mi dice che costi aggiunitvi per la struttura non ne vede. Che non gli risultano costi del servizio da aggiungere così al conto gia calcolato, poi quando gli leggo la causale (costi servizio tariffa resort) mi dice che quelli sono costi aggiuntivi per uso piscina o altre cose a consumo che però noi non abbiamo utilizzato. Conclusione:probabilmente la struttura non ha aggiunto questi costi (che non ho ben capito ancora a cosa sono riferiti) ed Expedia (non il B&B) mi rimborserà di questi venti euro circa con tanto di scuse, io con l'amaro in bocca, perchè sono le classiche situazioni italiane che dato un buon servizio per 4 soldi si rovinano la reputazione....

hospedagem perfeita, e com ótimo custo beneficio.

Nos hospedamos em 13 de junho de 2018 e fomos muito bem recebidos. Lugar perfeitamente confortável para 5 pessoas. 3 quartos, 1 banheiro grande, 1 cozinha bem equipada conjugada com uma sala de estar, wifi grátis. tem um mercado bem próximo. e a vista é uma coisa inacreditável, com montanhas lindas que parece uma pintura. recomendaria a todos.

Gradevole sistemazione

Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte ma l'impressione è stata ottima. Il monolocale ben attrezzato e con servizi moderni e nuovi. Ottima l'accoglienza di Marco il gestore. Una posizione tranquilla ma vicina al paese di Chiavenna. Un esperienza che consigliamo anche per soggiorni di più giorni.

Happy End

I stayed 6 days and would book here again but only room 4 or 5. The website is misleading: forget breakfast and do not expect aesthetics. The owners artworks are everywhere! Marco will insist that you squeeze into the tiniest parking space even if the whole lot is empty! In the end, the studio served its purpose....but this is no ‘mansion’: you hear every tiny sound from other rooms. Plastic flowers?

We were travelling to lake como. Very nice place, friendly people. chiavenna has some nice restaurants and historical centre. Stayed just for one night. Breakfast wasn't optional as told on the site. Have to give exact arrival time by mail, this is difficult after 10 hours of travelling

Comfortable and Quiet

Our trip was from Swiss to Italy, passed by Chiavenna, B&B Affittacamere Valchiavenna provided us a very comfortable stay. The host is very nice, the suite is very comfortable and quiet, the room, kitchen and bathroom are large and comfortable. We loved it.

As expected, much space and everything available

Rooms were big and nicely decorated. The sleeping room cannot be darkened totally. The owner is really nice and helpful. Unfortunately the fridge smelled bad and Wifi was not working in the evening.

Durchaus empfehlenswert

Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt um Chiavenna und Umgebung zu erkunden. Ein Auto ist von Vorteil, da der Weg ins Zentrum zu Fuß etwas zu weit ist. Ansonsten freuten wir uns über die besonders ruhige Lage. Die Zimmer und der Flur sind etwas hellhörig, was sich allerdings nur bei der Anwesenheit von rücksichtslosen Zeitgenossen bemerkbar machen dürfte.Der Vermieter freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Alles in Allem- wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder hier her kommen.

Not a typical B & B but a nice place to sleep.

This was a nice apartment in a nice area. It was difficult to find since the address was on a street that had numbers progressing toward this listed address. We had to stop a store to ask about this. The address of the apartment was across the main road - in the opposite direction. We had to call the owner to get in which worked since we had an international phone. The unit was spacious but it is listed as a bed and breakfast - but the owner lives somewhere else so no one provides breakfast.

Ruhiges B&B mit großen Appartments

Wir hatten ein Studio gebucht bekamen stattdessen aber ein deutlich größeres Appartments. Alles war tadellos sauber. Giavenna ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert.

Ottimo B&B con proprietario orientato al Cliente

Ho prenototato con mia moglie all'ultimo un pacchetto in offerta per la settimana di Ferragosto e mi sono trovato benissimo a ragion veduta (contare che viaggio da sempre tantissimo in Italia ed all'Estero per lavoro) soprattutto per: CORRETTEZZA: Quanto pubblicizzato corrispondeva esattamente a quanto trovato. Questo non è sempre così. CORTESIA: Marco, il proprietario, ci tiene davvero ai Clienti e si prodiga a dare consigli e suggerimenti sui posti da visitare, oltre a fornire velocemente risposte, aiuto, chiarimenti. Nella mia Azienda la focalizzazione al Cliente e la sua soddisfazione sono i valori più importanti e devo dire che Marco li applica perfettamente nel suo B&B Valchiavenna. POSIZIONE: Tranquillissimo il posto, tranquillissimo il Paesino. Ma da mese in un attimo si può andare davvero dappertutto in zona (Chiavenna, Colico, Madesimo, ecc) ed anche si arriva velocemente a Saint Moritz, Davos, Vaduz, ecc.

Einwandfrei, leider nur eine enge Treppe ins Obergeschoß und kein Lift, Türschloss ging sehr schlecht zu sperren - aber sonst alles wunderbar.

Überraschung

Ich hatte zwar ein Einzelzimmer mit Frühstück bestellt (B&B). Doch ein Frühstück war im vereinbarten Preis nicht vorgesehen. Der Apparment-Eigner war jedoch so freundlich, mir Kaffeepulver, Milch, Saft und Brot zu besorgen.

Great stay

Stayed for 10 nights from the end of April. The room was great. Clean and wide with a nice kitchen though low price. Must take care of the sound for people in next room but I think it is worth to stay here again.
