"Clean room, nice staff "

"This was a perfect landing spot for us for our visit to the area. The only challenge was parking, though we were able to find close, free parking. You may have to work to find it if you arrive during a busy time. Located slightly off Main St., there are lots of options for food and shopping. Most of the restaurants and shops are closed on Sundays, though. The apartment was the perfect size for the two of us. I am a tall person, so the bed was not as comfortable (Queen-sized) as I needed, but...

"Very nice, clean hotel. Rooms were clean and pretty good size. Pool area nice and refreshing! Very responsive to requests. Close to a lot of restaurants."

"The room was extremely dated and had a strange, lingering smell. The air conditioner was so loud that it made it impossible to sleep at all. Most importantly, this hotel has a serious bed bug infestation. My hands and body are covered in bites. The hygiene standards are unacceptably poor. Please, save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else."

"The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. So if you are just looking for a place to sleep, it's great. The pool area was nice, but small. The furniture in our room was worn and damaged. The doors did not fit right, so there was a gap that you could see through. It was actually located in an industrial park, not really in a convenient location for walking anywhere, although there was a Waffle House nearby. Breakfast was ok. Expedia offered a free drink with the stay, but did not...

"While check in went well, the room was a disappointment. Too bad we couldn’t take a virtual tour of the room like they do now of houses. The light switch to the bathroom was located on the outside wall and the sink was outside the bathroom as well. The exhaust fan sounded like a jet engine , so if either of us neede the bathroom during the night, it meant the other person was awakened as well. The only tolerable aspect was the breakfast. "Best hotel to stay if seeing Cubs spring training. You can just walk to and from the stadium and to see the training. Hotel is super clean and spacious and rooms are sound proof. "

Two concerns that we had were the inconvenience of the broken elevator especially with the number of kids and families in the lobby and lounge areas. Secondly we were most disappointed at the ongoing running and playing on each of the floors by the kids that were staying at the hotel. "A friend and I did an overnight girls' road trip from CA to AZ for spring training and this hotel was just the right fit for us! For one, the staff was incredibly welcoming and flexible. Halfway through our road trip, I got a text from the staff that basically asked if we needed any special accommodations prior to check-in. Initially, I thought it was going to be an automated/robotic response so i was hesitant to text back. But it turns out, they responded normally, an ACTUAL HUMAN for once. I...

"The hotel needs a serious make over. We stayed there 15 years ago and I think nothing has been upgraded. There were numerous Little League families staying and it was super noisy, even late at night, with kids running the halls. I finally had to get dressed and address the situation. Feels like we should get a refund as we were forced to end our 7 night reservation after 2 nights and go elsewhere. It really disrupted over vacation. "
