I understood why the price was cheap.
1. The shower bathroom drainage was terrible. Smelled bad 2. There was this club downstairs, the noise was in the hotel room and continued to midnight. Had no rest until it stopped late at night.

Very Disappointing! Definitely NOT 4 star!
This hotel was very disappointing! Rooms were average, however we stayed in July and the reception was the only portion of the building that air conditioning. The rest of the hotel felt as though you had entered a steam room! Also, there is no lift, so you are sweating by the time you reach your room and air conditioning inside the room was not good at all! Staff were rude and unhelpful and did not speak ANY English. We opted to "pay at hotel" but were told our card would be charged anyway?! After leaving, I found my card had been charged twice! No explanation. We had not taken anything from the minibar and left the room in perfect condition?! Contacted the hotel, but was repeatedly disconnected by frustrated staff who only spoke Turkish. Hotels.com were also absolutely useless in helping me and told me to contact the hotel as I had been charged directly by them! Simply the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Most definitely NOT worth it's 4 star rating! I would not recommend at all.

At the time of your stay, it was being renovated due to a technical fault. The air conditioners in the rooms are generally maintained on a regular basis.In some periods, the air temperature is very high, so it may not cool instantly.regards

Very bad attitude of receptionist
After driving 3 hours to Mersin in the night you are expecting comfortable room and good attitude. Smells of sigarete was disgusting inside our room and to our comments to give us different room the answer of men employee on the reception was if you don’t like this room either leave either no any options!!! After arguing of 30 min at 2 am we got what we wanted. Photos aren’t matching reality!

Very good place, price acceptable, staffs were freindly , breakfast was good. many good reaturants are close,, its few ateps from the beach. I DO RECOMEND this hotel

Not worth it
The only good thing about it that it dies gave a Great location, other than that nothing much. The bathroom is the pits It is very dirty, the hotel is old and Rundown.

Kids love the pool
It is good hotel and very good location. Kids love the pool. As usual the staff of the hotel need to learn English language, i was lucky because there was a Kurdish staff working there, they helped me to understand.

Good position but hotel looks a bit in need of renovation in parts. No lifts and long corridors had to be transversed to the rooms Needed ac on all time as no windows .Breafast selection was good and staff on the whole were friendly and helpful.Only one waiter on a saturday night to do bar and outside could have done with another.Rooms clean as was bathroom

Très belle chambre juste trop chaude quand on rentre de ballade car la clim ne fonctionne qu'avec la carte de la chambre donc quand on est présent... Nous y étions en période très chaude c'est le seul reproche. Le personnel est a l'écoute et très sympathique. La piscine est un plus aussi en période chaude.

Uns wurde gesagt, dass wir bar zahlen sollen. Als wir das Geld abgegeben haben, drehten wir uns um und der Mann an der Rezeption verdrehte die Augen und schüttelte mit dem Kopf. Ein sehr unfreundlicher Herr. Wir haben uns nicht wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Unsere Bettwäsche mussten wir nach dem 4. Tag selber abziehen um neue Bettwäsche zu kriegen. Außer die Kellner sind die Menschen leider nicht freundlich. Erst nach der ersten Beschwerde die wir online getätigt haben, wurde uns grade so geholfen. Die Beschreibung mit dem Meerblick ist auch nicht wirklich das wahre. Außer die Lage und der Pool war alles leider nicht so schön.

belle chambre et bon petit déjeuner. La chambre "avec vue sur mer" donne en réalité plus sur la route et les palmiers et on ne voit pratiquement pas la mer. de plus il y a le bruit de la route. La piscine est bien mais là encore elle est au bord de la route donc c'est bruyant.
