"This was an absolutely wonderful hotel stay. We will definitely book here again if we’re in the area. The only negative experience we had is that a loud group of people who weren’t hotel guests got into the pool area, but security handled that pretty quickly after being called."

"Each staff member at this hotel was exceptional. They were friendly, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. The room and bathroom were both very clean and the bed was super comfortable. As I read in another review and agree, the heating/ac units are extremely loud and vibrate. Even after we shut ours off, we were still woken by the vibration of the room either next door or above/below ours. Wish they could fix that. La chambre était grande et propre. C'était près du Mall of New Hampshire. C'est un endroit que je recommande et je vais sûrement y retourner."
