Beautiful location, friendly and helpful staff, delicious food (both at the free breakfast and the on site restaurant), a gorgeous pool, lots of nearby amenities. Spent nearly the full time of our trip (~10 days) just in and around the area of the hotel, with just a few easy car trips down to the heart of the city for the extra culture and experience. "

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Palermo Soho and within easy walking distance of great restaurants, cafés, shops, and nightlife. "Ok I was one of the first guests , of course it was clean and new. Be aware there is no staff at night so when I arrived, I could not turn the heat on. It was a very cold night. Little things since it was so new; I could not open any soap or shampoo containers. The breakfast always good and a very nice neighborhood"
