"I have been to BA many times and Casa Joseph was the best place of all. The staff is wonderful, helping with anything needed, replying messages really fast and very friendly communication. They were flexible and understanding, my flight was very delayed and they accommodated changes without any problem. "We really enjoyed our stay at this little ‘boutique’ hotel. Everything was perfect - from the location (near the bars and restaurants of Palermo Vieja but on a quiet street) to the friendly and helpful staff who quickly recognised us by name (the rooms are not numbered).
