Excellent time at this hotel.. a great location next to the sites in historic Merida. Service good, cleaning staff excellent and continental breakfast adequate, not too filling. We ended up renting a car as their tour options were pricey for us.. the free Merida walking tour down the road, Progreso Beach and Chichen- Itza were 'must-see' !
This place was a little gem. Staff were very nice. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean and had a king size bed, air conditioning, and fridge. A lovely breakfast with juice, coffee or tea, toast, fresh fruit and yogurt + granola was included. Located near Paseo 60. Excellent value.
The hotel structure itself was older than I thought but had charm and staff were so welcoming and helpful! Rooms were kept clean everyday! Not as walkable to main tourist areas as thought but Ubers were great! Our couple hotel receptionists even helped us order a pizza and a cab! Restaurant was very good also!!
I stayed here with my dog. Everything was great. It’s about a 30 minute walk to the cathedral in the historic city center. I had a car, and there was extremely easy parking directly in front of the hotel. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.
The hotel is located just 15 minutes away from the center. Walking down the Paseo calle 60 it's really a nice treat because of the multiple shopping establishments and restaurants you find along the way.
The lobby, dining area are nice. The pool although small b is really cute and it has a sauna right next to it.
The rooms are clean, smell very nice, and are decorated tastefully without losing the Mexican flare.
The staff is really nice. I would book this hotel again.
The people who work here are so gracious. They made my visit even more enjoyable. One staff person even told me about the free bikes available in Merida.
The staff were very helpful, friendly and quick to resolve any issues. The plumbing was a problem but again it was taken care of each time. We did eventually learn that Merida in general has issues.
This is a basic accomodation but clean and in a good location ... easy to reach Paseo de Montejo and walking score overall would be a 9 out of 10.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Bathroom- towel rack in bathroom, soap holder in shower, and window by shower was rusted and dirty.
Dirty socks were found under the bed (that were not ours), towels that were supposed to be "clean" smelled bad at times. Staff was helpful and friendly. The location was safe.
The hotel had very comfortable beds and pillows. Very clean, roomy and had a great mural of the pyramids on the wall. The bathroom was neat and updated. The staff Desiree, Israel and Diego were super friendly and attentive and always greeted us and helped us arrange day tours with a great private company. My brother and Visited many places using this SUV private service. The continental breakfast included was ok and on the weekends they offered a buffet for low cost. The air conditioning in the room can be improved. The ceiling fan worked well and helped a lot. I will use this hotel again.

I had conference and book this boutique hotel instead of large ones near by hoping for unique personalized experience. This hotel is nice and our room and bathroom was very spacious and clean and greatly decorated. However the room was on the ground floor without any view as windows face wall while other windows face the small swimming pool. There was also occasional noise that travels easily if someone talks around the pool or especially if they have parties in the dinning area. Property is very small with almost no lobby space to spend time if you do not want to be in your room so my companion was stuck in a dark room while I was at conference. Staff is OK but was not very helpful to us in suggesting options or solutions when we asked them. Hotel is in a quiet area that appears run down but was very safe. Passeo Monteo fancy street is very near, just 2 blocks away and opens different views and perspective of the area. We would not come back to this hotel but would rather try another one that appears to have more lobby and common area space, a garden or view or preferentially stay those larger hotels that are very near and appear to be rated lower than this hotel where in fact they look much better and are spacious. So rating system may be misleading.
