Disappointing
Cleaning ladys did not clean sheets in a daily basis lots of improvement needed. Also had a gold chain missing from my room

I've booked and stayed at this hotel many times the past year each month for a few nights. Each time there always seems to be a problem or issue and customer service is not a strong suit of this hotel. This most recent last stay was no different and several issues arose: (1) Despite having booked a room with a King Bed for 2 people upon check-in I was told they could only put me in a twin room. (2) Despite having booked for 2 people I was given only 1 free Drink coupon (good only for a beer at the bar worth 20 pesos ($1 USD) and 1 Breakfast coupon. I'm not really sure how that works since we a 2 on the reservation, not to mention the Drink coupon pretty much bing worthless. (3) The hotel decided to keep my 300 peso deposit over a dirty towel they felt they could not clean. I took the towel home and washed it with a little Bleach, it's as good as new. I will be submitting a formal complaint along with evidence. I've lost my patience with this hotel and will no longer be booking stays here... just not worth the nonsense despite being a loyal and repeat client.

- Pool unclean and unusable - Have a car... no taxi or Uber available! (especially at night) - Breakfast is not much to write home about - Rooms are pretty bare-bones - Wifi works well in rooms, but no wifi throughout rest of property - TV works well enough - Hot water in Showers!!!

Staff was friendly. Facilities were dated. Stayed two nights. Room was not made up the first night. No reserve toilet paper rolls. When we ran out, I had to walk around looking for a cleaning lady to get another roll.

Bueno para ser un hotel de trabajo
Limpio, seguro y bueno para descansar despues de ir a plnata o a obra en las empresas aledañas. Lo malo es que las pantallas de TV no tienen acceso a internet del hotel y no puedes transmitir tus plataformas de peliculas o videos como youtube, el horario de restaurante es muy limitado y a los alrededores no hay casi nada que comer o cenar excepto el oxxo.

No había botes de basura, la llave tenía fuga, las camas muy duras, el baño resbaloso, me hicieron cambiar mucho las cortesías xq no se ponían de acuerdo entre ellos
