"Firstly, I was booking non smoking room but it was smoking smell in the room while I checked room 1218, although I have double check with the staff before checking in. I talked about the issue to the front desk then asking me to move to 1607 ( non smoking room) on the second day. I have spent time to move this 1607 by myself. Finally, this room was ok. Secondly, regarding swimming pool, they asked the guest to purchase their swimming cap to swimming, guest cannot swimming without swimming cap. But no any notice to let us know while we booked the room regarding swimming cap. It was unreasonable request to the guest. We already spent decent money for staying this hotel, their services value must match their fees. Plus, the swimming pool is a third party operating not belongs pan pacific hotel Beijing. If we know this before, we would not book this kind of hotel. Should be clearly to the agreement otherwise will be deem breach agreement.Overall, the stay for this time was ok only. I hope that they can apologize for this unexpected experience.
