We had a great stay at location. The staff were very accommodating and rooms were comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was a great addition to the stay.
Excellent in every way. Staff is attentive and go above and beyond, facilities are beautiful and well upkept, and the location is peaceful and serene, yet still convenient. We will definitely book again when we visit Beijing in the future.
very nice escape for a day with family; the hot springs are well arrange with a lot of outdoor pavilliions;
the breakfast is very generous in choice and the stuff are very helpful;
restaurant in-house is quite good standing;
all in All we enjoyed a lot and we recomend for Families and for couple as a city getaway;
The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet has a lot of options including Chinese and Western cuisines. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.
One of the most luxurious hotel that I have been to in China. Rooms were expansive with a modern touch to them. Too bad I could only stay for one night only.
I chose to go to this hotel in the recommendation of friends. Unfortunately I picked the wrong date: Chinese New Yearâs Eve. The queue for check in was at least 40-45 minutes but thankfully it wasnât that long for check out. It surprised me thang that hot springs, the main reason I went to the hotel, wasnât included in the price (which was understandably much higher than usual due to the holiday). Views of the childrenâs theme party next door along with the local Wanda Mall werenât expected either.
The staff were kind and friendly so I wouldnât hold anything against them but the stay didnât love up the expectations and I would not be in a hurry to return.
Great location if you want to be closer to the historic sites like the Great Wall. The hotel is part of a complex of outlet stores, an amusement park and a hot spring. The service was fantastic. The restairants were excellent and the concierge and Lobby Bar staff were particularly attentive.
