Por si fuera poco, las bebidas y aperitivos de cortesía disponibles prácticamente todo el día, cosa que no es muy habitual en otros hoteles. Y sobre todo, el personal, muy amable y atento. "La sturttura è molto pulita e curata, si trova in pieno centro di Ciutadella ma è comunque silenziosa. Il ttolare (Guillermo) è estrememente gentile e disponibile. La camera è in ottime condizioni e ben arredata, forse solo un pò buia. "

"Todo ha sido perfecto, el personal de recepción es muy amable, te ayuda en todo y siempre con una sonrisa. El desayuno es muy completo y está todo muy bueno. La habitación es muy bonita y el colchón es comodísimo, no hemos notado nada de ruido. Además está super céntrico, hemos podido ir paseando al centro de Ciudadela y al lado del hotel hay un parking.
