"The room was fine although the bed was not made up correctly. Breakfast was a bust! The only items available were 3 types of cereal and a waffle maker. No breads, no muffins, no bagels and no cream cheese. We have stayed at this hotel in the past and all I can say is that the overall quality of the stay has declined."

"Never used the Internet but the driveway to the place is a crappy drive thru a place selling sheds with no light. "

"The rooms were clean and bed comfortable. Property is old and needs updating. It was advertised to have breakfast and did not. It was a good value for the price. "

"The hotel is clean, not fancy. Free breakfast and pet friendly, so that's a must for me . A place to rest and relax after being the whole day out, just as expected. Location is good, close to Ruby Falls, and not too far from downtown. The negative for me was the staff of all areas, the front desk morning clerk and the lady in the breakfast were rude and not welcoming at all. Not even eye contact or a "good morning" , not customer service oriented at all."

"Excellent hostess. Beds in the Family Cottage were comfortable, but a little hard to climb into due to the height off the floor. There was a small stool, but we are old! LOL Would stay again but in a room with lower beds. Susan was great."

"Beds were awesome! They had memory foam mattresses which were perfect after driving all day. Room was clean. Sink drained. Great price!"

"Pool and lobby were under remodelation but the employee was accommodating and provided the continental breakfast even tho the breakfast area was closed. The rooms were remodeled a couple of months ago. We were able to relax and had a good night. "
